Description

一种实现数据业务预付费的系统和方法 技术领域
本发明涉及移动通信系统的业务付费, 具体涉及一种在移动通信网 络中实现数据业务预付费的系统和方法。 发明背景
在例如码分多址(CDMA ) 系统的移动通信网络中, 除了传统的语 音业务之外,数据业务也正在迅速发展,并且其地位和作用也日益重要。 现有的移动通信系统中语音业务和数据业务是通过不同的设备分别进 行传送的, 其中语音业务信令通过七号信令网传送, 而数据业务信令通 过网际协议(IP )网络传送, 由于七号信令网和 IP网络是两套相对独立 的网络, 因此语音业务的付费和数据业务的付费也相对独立。
图 1示出了现有的 CDMA系统的一个基本结构。如图 1所示,移动 台 (MS )连接到无线网络(RN ), 其中 RN包括基站控制器(BSC )、 基站收发信机(BTS )和分组控制功能(PCF )模块。 BSC/BTS连接到 用于对用户的语音业务进行控制的移动交换中心(MSC ), MSC通过七 号信令网连接到归属位置寄存器( HLR )和智能网的业务控制点( SCP ), 并通过无线智能网( WIN )协议和 SCP进行交互, 以实现对预付费用户 账号的鉴权和计费。
对于数据业务来说, MS通过 R 中的 PCF模块接入分組数据服务 节点( PDSN ), PDSN是一个接入网关, 为 MS提供通过 IP接入访问因 特网的服务, 具体地说负责管理用户状态、 转发用户数据并为. MS分配 IP 地址。 PDSN 通过 IP 网络连接到归属认证、 授权和计费服务器 ( HAAA ), HAAA 用于完成对用户账号的认证、 授权和计费功能。 目 前为了对用户使用数据业务提供预付费, 在系统中设置了预付费服务器
( PPS ) /业务内容服务网关( CP GW ), PPS/CP GW负责完成数据业务 预付费用户的业务触发, 其中 PPS和 CP GW分别进行数据流量和数据 内容的处理。
由于现有的 CDMA 网络的语音预付费和数据预付费是由两个相对 独立的网络分别实现的, 因此用户的语音预付费账户不能用于支付数据 业务所产生的费用 , 也就是 PPS/CP GW不能得到语音预付费用户的账 户信息, 从而导致通信运营商不能很好地利用 CDMA语音预付费业务 区发展数据预付费业务, 因而限制了数据业务的发展。 并且, 用户使用 语音和数据业务时需要两个不同的账户, 给用户也带来了极大的不便。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明的主要目的是提供一种实现数据业务预付费的系 统, 使得可以用语音预付费账户对数据业务进行预付费, 从而同时给通 信运营商推广数据业务和用户使用数据业务带来极大的方便。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种利用上述系统实现数据业务预付费 的方法。
根据本发明的系统包括 R 、 PDSN、 HAAA、 PPS/CP GW, MSC和 SCP,其中 RN进一步包括 BSC BTS和 PCF,所述 BSC BTS同时和 MSC 以及 PCF连接, MSC通过七号信令网连接到 SCP, PCF连接到 PDSN, PDSN再通过 IP网络连接到 HAAA, HAAA连接到 PPS/CP GW, 同时 该系统中还包括一个用于完成数据业务的批价以及费用申请功能的数 据业务接入控制点( DACP ),所述 DACP同时连接到 PPS/CP GW和 SCP。
这里的 DACP至少包括用于和 SCP通信以实现费用申请功能的通信 模块, 用于共同完成数据业务的批价功能的顺序连接的业务分析与处理 模块、数据库 /文件管理模块和数据库服务器模块, 以及控制所述模块协 同工作的核心模块, 所述通信模块、 业务分析与处理模块以及数据库 / 文件管理模块分别连接到核心模块。 并且还可以包括用于监控通信模 块、 核心模块和业务分析与处理模块工作的监控模块, 用于发送定时信 息以触发 DACP执行相应功能的定时模块,以及提供了 DACP系统配合 和维护接口的用户接口模块, 定时模块和用户接口模块连接到通信模 块。
DACP和 SCP以及 PPS/CP GW之间的通信采用传输控制协议 /网际 协议 ( TCP/IP )。
根据本发明的一种在移动通信网络中实现数据业务预付费的方法包 括如下步骤: .
a. 在 PPS/CP GW和 SCP之间连接一个用于完成数据业务的批价以 及费用申请功能的 DACP;
b. PDSN在接收到预付费用户使用数据业务的请求消息后, 通过 HAAA、 PPS/CP GW、 DACP和 SCP的交互, 由 SCP在预付费用户的账 户中扣费, PDSN根据 SCP扣除的费用控制用户使用数据业务。
其中交互过程包括:
bl. HAAA在接收到来自 PDSN的计费请求消息后,通过 PPS/CP GW 的转发向 DACP发送请求分配金额的计费请求消息, DACP向 SCP发 送一个费用请求消息;
b2. DACP在接收到 SCP发送的包括分配金额信息的费用请求回应 消息后,将 SCP分配的金额信息转换为 PDSN控制用户使用数据业务的 信息, 然后将包含所述 PDSN控制用户使用数据业务的信息的计费请求 回应消息经过 PPS/CP GW和 HAAA发送到 PDSN。
另外, 步骤 bl和 b2之间可以进一步包括: SCP判断是否可以从对应于所述用户的预付费账户分配所请求的金 额,如果是,执行步驟 b2,否则向 DACP发送分配金额失败的回应消息, t , PDSN拒绝用户使用数据业务或停止用户正在使用的数据业务, 结 束本流程。
在上述方法中, PDSN控制用户使用数据业务的信息是时长信息或 流量信息, 步骤 bl 中的计费请求消息中进一步包含一个通过时长或者 流量控制用户使用数据业务的计费方式信息, 步骤 b2中 DACP根据所 述计费方式信息将分配金额转换为时长或者流量, 并且计费请求回应消 息中进一步包含所述计费方式信息。
上述方法可以进一步包括:
PDSN在接收到用户停止使用数据业务的信息后, 向 HAAA发送包 含用户释放和已使用时长 /流量信息的计费请求消息, HAAA 通过 PPS/CP GW向 DACP发送包含所述已使用时长 /流量信息的计费请求消 息, DACP将已使用时长 /流量换算为金额信息, 然后将包含所述金额信 息的费用返回消息发送到 SCP;
SCP将所述金额信息返回到用户预付费账户 , 然后向 DACP发送表 明费用返回成功的费用返回回应消息, DACP通过 PPS/CP GW和 HAAA 向 PDSN发送表明费用返回成功的计费请求回应消息。
在用户使用数据业务所需金额接近可分配金额时, PDSN可以直接 向 HAAA再次发送用于请求下一次数据业务使用金额的计费请求消息。
本发明中的计费请求消息、 计费请求回应消息、 费用请求消息和费 用请求回应消息中至少包括消息标识、移动终端号码、 PPS/CP GW服务 器 IP地址和 PPS/CP GW服务器编号信息。
从本发明的技术方案可以看出, 本发明通过在语音传输网络中的 SCP和数据传输网络中的 PPS/CP GW之间建立一个 DACP, 统一进行 预付费用户的数据业务的接入和控制,这样数据传输网络的 PPS/CP GW 可以通过 DACP完成数据业务的计费和控制,并通过和 SCP中存储的用 户账户信息进行交互, 从而使用户可以通过语音预付费账户对数据业务 进行预付费, 这样通信运营商可以为目前的语音用户提供数据业务的能 力, 而对于用户来说则可以利用已有的语音预付费账户来使用数据业 务。 因此本发明方便了通信运营商和用户, 具有广阔的应用前景。
另外, 本发明可以通过数据网络中扩展 PPS和 CP GW功能, 可以 对数据业务根据流量和内容分别进行计费, 再配合通信运营商预先设定 的计费规则, 可以对用户的各种应用情况进行灵活的计费, 从而使本发 明的应用更加灵活。
在用户请求使用数据业务时,本发明首先由 SCP从用户账户中分配 一定金额, 然后用户在该分配金额限度内使用数据业务。 当用户使用的 数据业务所对应的金额接近该分配金额限度时,再次请求 SCP分配一定 金额, 并如此往复。 如果在某一次请求 SCP分配一定金额时, SCP发现 用户账户中没有足够余额, 则停止用户使用数据业务。 当然, 如果在第 一次分配金额时用户账户中就没有足够余额, 则直接拒绝用户使用数据 业务。 因此, 本发明实现了完全的实时扣费, 成功地保障了数据业务提 供商的利益, 为数据业务的发展提供了更充分的保证。 同时, 如果用户 主动停止某次数据业务的使用 , 本发明能将已分配金额中未使用部分返 回到用户账户, 充分保障了用户的利益不受损失。 附图简要说明

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
为了使语音预付费账户的信息可以传送到数据业务网络, 本发明在 语音传送网络的 SCP和数据传送网络的 PPS/CP GW之间增加了一个连 接设备, 也就是 DACP, DACP和 SCP以及 PPS/CP GW之间的通信采 用 TCP/IP协议。
图 2示出了增加了 DACP后的 CDMA网络系统的结构。 如图 2所 示, 在 SCP和 PPS/CP GW之间增加了一个连接设备 DACP。 DACP是 一个用于进行费用计算的功能实体, 并且还可以完成数据业务的批价、 费用申请等功能。 这里的批价也就是根据设定的费率计算本次数据业务 需要的费用。 - 图 3示出了本发明的 DACP的内部结构示意图。 参见图 3, 本发明 的 DACP包括八个模块: 通信模块、 核心模块、 业务分析与处理模块、 监控模块、 数据库 /文件代理模块、 用户接口模块、 数据库服务器模块和 定时模块。 其中的通信模块用于通过 TCP/IP协议实现 DACP和外部平 台和操作维护终端之间的通信,也就是说 DACP和 SCP以及 PPS/CP GW 之间的通信都是采用 TCP/IP协议。 核心模块是一个中央模块, 用于协 调各个模块之间的工作, 以便交换外部信息, 并实现对事务处理流的全 面监控。 业务分析与处理模块用于根据数据库服务器模块的配置信息进 行费用计算处理, 计算当前费用可以支持的时长 /流量, 它是实现本发明 的关键部分。监控模块用于提供流量监控、协议跟踪以及任务查询功能。 数据库 /文件代理模块用于维护 DACP系统的数据库操作和文件操作,配 置相关费率, 例如用户的流量和费用信息。 用户接口模块用于方便用户 配置和维护 DACP。 数据库服务器模块负责完成对数据库的直接访问, 它可以接受来自数据库 /文件代理模块的操作指令,并在根据操作指令访 问数据库后返回数据库操作结果。定时模块则用于向 DACP发送定时消 息, 触发 DACP执行相应的功能。
在本发明的 DACP中 ,核心模块和通信模块、业务分析与处理模块、 监控模块之间为双向通信, 并能接收来自数据库 /文件代理模块的信息。 通信模块和业务分析与处理模块以及用户接口模块之间为双向通信, 并 能接收来自定时模块的信息和向监控模块发送信息。数据库 /文件代理模 块和业务分析与处理模块以及数据库服务器模块之间为双向通信。 其 中, 通信模块和用户接口模块之间的通信采用 TCP/IP协议, 数据库 /文 件代理模块和数据库服务器模块之间的通信采用消息队列。 - 同时可以看出,在前述 DACP中, 通信模块通过和诸如 SCP的外部 平台的通信,可以实现本发明的费用申请功能,而业务分析与处理模块、 数据库 /文件代理模块和数据库服务器模块共同完成了本发明的批价功 能, 也就是根据相关费率进行费用计算处理的功能。
图 4和图 5示出了本发明在两种情况下的方法处理流程。具体地说, 图 4示出了由于账户金额不足而使用户被动停止使用数据业务的方法处 理流程, 而图 5示出了用户主动停止使用数据业务的方法处理流程。 由 于前面的处理流程是相同的, 因此在图 4和图 5中都用相同的标号进行 表示。 下面对本发明的处理流程进行详细说明。
首先在步骤 401 中, 在预付费用户请求使用数据业务后, PDSN向 HAAA发送计费请求, 指示 PDSN支持预付费功能, 也就是 PDSN能够 监控用户使用数据业务。 在步骤 402, HAAA根据用户的移动电话号码 段确定该用户为预付费用户后, 向 PPS/CP GW发送鉴权请求。
在步骤 403, PPS/CP GW在接收到来自 HAAA的鉴权请求后,将该 鉴权请求转发给 DACP。
在步骤 404, DACP收到鉴权请求后, 根据鉴权的结果判断该用户 可以使用预付费业务并且可以使用数据业务,然后向 SCP发送费用请求 消息, 请求本次数据业务的金额。
这里需要说明的是, 预付费用户请求使用数据业务时, PDSN 已经 明确了用户请求的数据业务的类型, 并可以灵活地根据一个预先确定的 计费方式分配金额, 也就是根据时长还是流量进行计费, 例如, 预先分 配 5分钟时长的金额, 或者预先分配 1000字节的金额。 并且, 具体的 时长数量或者字节数量也是由 DACP预先通过设定的规则确定的, 同时 可以灵活地更改。
在步骤 405, SCP判断用户账户信息, 也就是判断用户账户是否可 用并且是否有足够的可分配金额。 如果用户账户可用并且有足够的可分 配金额, 则从账户中扣除相应的申请费用, 然后执行步骤 406及其后续 步骤。如果账户不可用,或者账户虽然可用但是没有足够的可分配金额, 则直接经过 DACP、 PPS/CP GW> HAAA向 PDSN返回分配金额失败的 回应消息, PDSN拒绝为该用户提供数据业务, 结束本流程。
在步骤 406, SCP向 DACP发送费用请求回应, 在该请求回应中包 括分配金额信息。 在步骤 407, DACP接收到来自 SCP的费用请求回应 后, 将申请到的费用信息, 也就是分配金额, 根据计费方式转换为可以 使用的时长或流量。 同时向 PPS/CP GW发送包括计费方式信息和分配 时长 /流量信息的鉴权请求回应消息。
在步骤 408和 409, PPS/CP GW通过 HAAA向 PDSN发送计费请求 回应消息, 同样包括计费方式信息和分配时长 /流量信息,指示 PDSN按 照相应的时长 /流量控制用户的数据业务使用情况。
当用户的数据业务使用情况达到本次使用费用时, 在步骤 410, PDSN再次向 HAAA发送新的计费请求消息,在步骤 411和 412, HAAA 在收到来自 PDSN的新的计费请求消息后, 通过 PPS/CP GW向 DACP 发送计费请求消息, 同样, DACP在收到来自 PPS/CP GW的计费请求 消息后在步骤 413向 SCP发送计费请求消息。
在步骤 414, SCP为这次新的计费请求判断账户是否有足够的可分 配金额, 在这里假设账户内依然具有足够的可分配金额, 则从账户中扣 除这次请求对应的申请费用, 然后执行步骤 415及其后续步骤。
步骤 415至步骤 418和前述步骤 406至步骤 409基本相同, 它们的 的是鉴权请求回应消息, 而步骤 416和步骤 417中 DACP通过 PPS/CP GW向 HAAA返回的是计费请求回应消息。这是因为在第一次分配金额 之前需要有一个对用户的鉴权过程, 而在经过一次鉴权确认用户身份之 后, 则不再需要进行鉴权, 直接进行计费请求和回应计费请求即可。 需 要说明的是, 步骤 407和步骤 408中的鉴权请求回应消息和步骤 416以 及步骤 417 中的计费请求回应消息中都包含计费方式和分配时长 /流量 信息。
在执行步骤 418之后, 如果用户需要继续使用数据业务, 则可以重 复步骤 410至步骤 418, 这里假定每次在用户请求分配金额时账户内都 具有足够的可分配金额。
下面说明某次用户请求分配金额时账户内金额不足时的处理过程。 和步骤 410至步骤 413相似,在图 4所示的步骤 421至步骤 424中, PDSN通过 HAAA、 PPS/CP GW、 DACP向 SCP申请新的数据业务使用 费用, 在步骤 425, SCP判断出用户账户内没有足够的可分配金额, 则 不从账户中进行费用扣除, 而直接在步骤 426向 DACP发送指示用户账 户余额不足的费用请求回应消息。 在步骤 427和步骤 428中, DACP通 过 PPS/CP GW向 HAAA发送指示账户余额不足的计费请求回应消息。 然后在步骤 429中, HAAA向 PDSN发送计费请求回应消息,指示 PDSN 切断用户的本次数据业务。 PDSN在收到该指示后即切断用户的本次数 据业务, 从而避免了在用户账户余额不足的情况下用户依然使用数据业 务造成的账户透支现象, 保证了数据业务提供商的利益。
和上一种用户因为账户金额不足被动停止使用数据业务的情况对 应, 在用户经过一段时间的数据业务使用后, 可能不再需要使用该数据 业务, 这时用户可以主动停止该数据业务的使用。 在这种情况下, 参照 图 5, 在用户停止使用数据业务后, PDSN在步骤 521向 HAAA发送包 含用户停止数据业务的使用以及当前已经使用的时长 /流量的信息的计 费请求消息,在步骤 522和步骤 523 , HAAA通过 PPS/CP GW向 DACP 转发该消息, 在步骤 524, DACP将已分配但未使用的时长 /流量转换为 金额, 然后向 SCP发送费用返回请求消息, 指示 SCP返回相应的费用。
在步骤 525, SCP在接收到该费用返回请求消息后, 将已经分配的 金额中未使用的金额返回到用户的账户中, 然后在步骤 526将费用返回 成功的消息发送给 DACP。 在步骤 527至步骤 529, DACP将该费用返 回成功的消息经过 PPS/CP GW和 HAAA转发给 PDSN。 至此, 已经由 SCP分配给用户但是未使用的金额又返回到用户的账户中, 对于用户来 说不会蒙受任何损失, 进一步保证了用户的利益。
本发明的所有消息至少包括消息标识、 移动终端号码、 PPS/CP GW 服务器的 IP地址以及编号等参数。除此之外,鉴权请求消息和费用请求 消息还包括表示申请的费用、 剩余费用等参数, 费用返回消息还包括表 示返回费用的参数, 鉴权请求回应消息和费用请求回应消息还包括表示 申请费用的参数。 另外, 鉴权请求回应消息还可以包括鉴权回应参数, 该参数的只可能表示如下几种情况中的一种: 认证通过、 用户数据不存 在、储值卡失效、 用户余额不大于零、 用户已封锁、 系统出现错误等等。
在本发明中, PPS和 CP GW可以位于同一个物理实体上,也可以在 不同的物理实体上。 另外, PPS/CP GW也可以和 HAAA位于同一个物 理实体上。 无论这些功能实体具体如何布置, 都不会影响本发明的执行 和效果。
上述说明了本发明的系统和方法。 本发明可以适用于 CDMA IX分 组网络和 CDMA 2000分组网络。 并且本发明的思想也可以适用于其它 的 CDMA 网络, 甚至其它的无线通信网络。 因此可以理解, 上述仅是 对本发明精神的展示, 而不是限制。

1. 一种在移动通信网络中实现数据业务预付费的系统, 包括无线网 络 RN,分组数据服务节点 PDSN,归属鉴权、授权和计费服务器 HAAA, 预付费服务器 PPS/业务内容服务网关 CP GW, 移动交换中心 MSC, 业 务控制点 SCP,其中 RN进一步包括基站控制器 BSC/基站收发信机 BTS 和用于数据业务的分组控制功能模块 PCF, 所述 BSC/BTS同时和 MSC 以及 PCF连接, MSC通过七号信令网连接到 SCP, PCF连接到 PDSN, PDSN再通过网际协议 IP 网络连接到 HAAA, HAAA连接到 PPS/CP GW, 其特征是, 该系统中还包括一个用于完成数据业务的批价以及费 用申请功能的数据业务接入控制点 DACP, 所述 DACP 同时连接到 PPS/CP GW和 SCP。

4.根据权利要求 1所述的系统,其特征是 , DACP和 SCP以及 PPS/CP GW之间的通信采用传输控制协议 /网际协议( TCP/IP )。
5. —种在移动通信网络中实现数据业务预付费的方法,所述通信网 络至少包括存储有用户账户信息的 SCP和共同完成数据业务接入和计 费的 PDSN、 HAAA以及 PPS/CP GW, 该方法至少包括如下步骤:
a.在所述 PPS/CP GW和所述 SCP之间连接一个用于完成数据业务 的批价以及费用申请功能的 DACP;
b. PDSN在接收到预付费用户使用数据业务的请求消息后, 通过 HAAA、 PPS/CP GW、 DACP和 SCP的交互, 由 SCP在预付费用户的账 户中扣费, PDSN根据 SCP扣除的费用控制用户使用数据业务。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征是, 所述交互包括: bl . HAAA在接收到来自 PDSN的计费请求消息后,通过 PPS/CP GW 的转发向 DACP发送请求分配金额的计费请求消息, DACP向 SCP发 送一个费用请求消息;
b2. DACP在接收到 SCP发送的包括分配金额信息的费用请求回应 消息后,将 SCP分配的金额信息转换为 PDSN控制用户使用数据业务的 信息 , 然后将包含所述 PDSN控制用户使用数据业务的信息的计费请求 回应消息经过 PPS/CP GW和 HAAA发送到 PDSN。

SCP将所述金额信息返回到用户预付费账户, 然后向 DACP发送表 明费用返回成功的费用返回回应消息, DACP通过 PPS/CP GW和 HAAA 向 PDSN发送表明费用返回成功的计费请求回应消息。
10. 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征是, 在用户使用数据业务 所需金额接近可分配金额时, PDSN直接向 HAAA再次发送用于请求下 一次数据业务使用金额的计费请求消息。
