Abstract

The present invention relates to a system that routes communication channels (5) from different domains. The system opens multiple parallel communication channels to phones and computers. The present invention relates also to processes for the use of the system. The system has one communication port (2), one control port (7), a switching matrix (13) that connects one fixed point device and one computing device with the appropriate software. The software works as a background task on the computing machine. The machine enables opening, routing and modifying multiple type data streams while delivering enhanced capabilities to the devices that are communicating with it.
