Abstract

The train (5) has a lateral bar with electricity and there is another lateral bar (3) alongside the tracks, and this bar (3) begins five kilometres before the crossing level (2). When the train is approaching the lateral bar of the train side bar touches the bar (3) in the specific point (6), there is supply of electricity to the crossing level (2) and that means that a train (5) is near and the crossing level has electricity from the train to switch on the warning lights ans to close the gate. The crossing level and the train send messages to each other, to inform if the gate is closed or if there is any object blocking the crossing level. The train side bar (3) has also similar functions to the speed limit signals and to the railway red light signal. The train can send a radio message but just with a few kilometres range and when another train gets inside the radio range, each train begins to receive the message of the train. Each train has a logical analysis similar to a computer that is going to study the message, to check if there is danger or not of collision, and if there is, it warns the train driver. The system explained for the trains, it is also suitable for the cars and boats. The light house, big rocs in the sea or in the coast, buoys, etc, also transmit a radio message, that are analysed and if there is danger, it informs the pilot. With that analyze of the messages, the device can draw a map in a screen, and it also shows the relative future position of this objects.

AMENDED CLAIMS
[Received by the International Bureau on 11 January 2005 (11.01.2005) ; original claims 1 -10, replaced by amended claims 1 - 6]
Sys tem to determine the relative position between various vehicles when a train supplies electricity to the level crossing, and several radio stations with a range of just several kil jmetres, eventually with the same frequencies and speed limit signals without electricity an 1 fee G.P.S. fhat gives the coordinates where it is aad the laid antennas and the telephone ihs A --ransmits the sound with modulation and the buoy only with colours and the lighthouses, be aeons, harbour lights-, characterized by — the train device laiows its localization --rowi the di ta of the G.P.S. and when the train is at a distance σ-ζ say, fi ve kilometres to a level ci oes g or to a speed limit signal, then the device supplies electricity by the rail — when tb 3 speed limit signal is supplied with electricity, it begins to transmit a ssa e thai a d -vice in the train receives and it goes to control the maxim speed of the train — the c >lours buoy, the light house, harbour lights, transmit a message-, with their data aad eventually with the data of the type of surrounds — boats, rare, etcetera, transmit a nessage in the same frequency, but continually changing the --aodulalion — a logical snalysis similar to a computer with the route of the boat or the place of a car.- etcetera, and i tie data received -from the messages, it draws a map with the surrounds and showing where t can go and where it can not and also the places in the close future where it can happen an accident
System to determine the relative position between various vehicles as the claim one characterized by the land antennas are supplied by electricity from the train and so they are able to retransmit the messages of the train. 43
Syst an to determine the relative position between various vehicles as the claim one char atcterized by the train has the data of the place of the levels crossing and also the place oft e speed limit signals and also the place of --he land antennas andi-he relationship betv feen this data and the place of train tiiat is given by the G ?.S., then the device knows that it is close to a level crossing or to a speed limit signals or t a land antennas and so it beg us to supply electricity.
Sy -i-em to determine 'the relative position "between various vehicles as the claim one ch iracteriέed by the G.P.S. in the boats makes two readings with a difference of several se> londs or minutes and gets tile route of the boat and it calculates two limits, one of port si. le and the other one of starboard and the new route of the boat obtained from the G.P.S- that makes two readings with a difference of several seconds or minutes and gets the route of t i? boat, this new route is correct if it is between the two limils, but if there is close to one o! the limit or with anew direction that has the possibility to g;et out of the two limits,, it warms the pilot and it calculates the new two limits and draw-, anew map-
. System to αereπnine the reiaiive position between various vehicles as the claim one i haracterized by the buoy or rocks, or light houses, harbour lights, transmit a message by 44
radio with a range of just several kilometres with it is own data and eventually with the data of the type and the geography, etcetera, of the surrounds coast or iany other important data to draw a map of that place.
Sys .em 10 determine the reiaiive position between various vehicles as the claim one ch-racterized by the device in the boat receives all the messages and due to thai it can draw air ap making a relationship with the messages of the buoy, the lighthouse, beacons and also of other boats, and getting to the conclusion which il can sail and which it can not in the pre sent and in the close future and this map is continually changing, when it receives new me ssages and stops receiving others messages, due to the movement of the boats, but the de /ice always brings! up anew map.
