Pour la réalisation d'une telle installation (10) il est prévu, avec un faible encombrement pour l'emplacement et la surface de base, et avec peu de frais d'investissement, sur l'un des supports (32) du dispositif à pont (30), en plus des outils de perçage (40), également un outil de meulage (42), ce dernier étant, de préférence, combiné avec un outil de polissage (44).
