[TECHNICAL FIELD]
The present invention relates to a pouch container with
a spout assembly and a method for making the same, in which
gusset portions formed on both sides between front and rear
films defining the pouch container, thereby easily exhausting
contents out of the container.
[BACKGROUND ART]
Liquid and gel type contents such as cream, sauce,
medicine agent, detergent, and beverage are contained in a
variety of pouches, packed, delivered, and soled.
The pouch is generally formed by sealing at least two
films to provide a predetermined inner space and a spout
assembly is attached between the films.
The spout assembly is generally fitted on a top of the

inclined portion; and a spout assembly fitted on the inclined portion of the main body to allow the content to be easily
discharged.
The spout assembly is fitted having a predetermined
inclined angle.
The spout assembly is fitted on the corner where a
portion of the gusset portions meets one of the front and rear
films .
The spout assembly is fitted on the inclined portion
at one of the gusset portion.
The front and rear films extend upward to be higher than
a top of the gusset portion and the spout assembly is fitted
between the tops of the front and rear films.
The pouch container may further comprise a handle formed
on the top of the main body.
At least a portion of the main body is not sealed to
define an unsealed portion through which the content is
filled.
A portion of the main body where the spout assembly will
be fitted is not sealed so that the content can be filled
through the unsealed portion and the unsealed portion is
sealed in a state where the spout assembly is fitted thereon.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a pouch container with a spout assembly,
comprising the steps of sealing edges of front and rear films
and gusset portions formed on both sides between the front
and rear films, thereby defining a main body for receiving
content, a portion of the main body being remained as an
unsealed portion; inserting the spout assembly on the
unsealed portion; and sealing the unsealed portion together
with the spout assembly.
The spout assembly is formed on a corner of the main
body where the gusset portion meets one of the front and rear
