Balustrade part 6 may either be hinged at its bottom side to panel 4, which is easiest to manufacture, or be slidable over the sides of balustrade parts 7 and 7' after which the upper side connects to panel 4.

After that the entire balcony including balustrade is unfolded. It may even be possible that the balustrade parts get into their positions during unfolding panel 4.
