Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Durchgangsbohrungen (4; 8) mittels Laser, wobei ein brennba­res Material (5) an einer Rückwand eines zu durchbohrenden Werkstücks (3; 7) angeordnet wird, sodass nach dem Durchbohren des Werkstücks (3; 7) ein von dem Laser (1) erzeugter La­serstrahl (2) auf das brennbare Material (5) trifft und zu­mindest ein Teil des brennbaren Materials (5) verbrennt und/oder schlagartig verdampfen lässt.
