Abstract

La présente invention relève du domaine de la médecine, et précisément de la stomatologie chirurgicale et orthopédique, et peut servir à la fixation de prothèses dentaires. Le but de l'invention est de simplifier l'introduction d'une partie extra-osseuse dans un implant, d'augmenter la solidité de la fixation initiale de l'implant dans un tissu osseux, de réduire la durée de traitement, de simplifier l'introduction de l'implant, et d'optimiser la formation de la gencive marginale. L'invention a trait à un implant stomatologique, qui comprend une partie extra-osseuse dotée d'une vis, et une partie intra-osseuse constituée d'une partie cervicale et d'une partie apicale filetée. Le caractère novateur de l'implant réside dans le fait que ce dernier comprend une tête d'implant dotée d'un filetage interne et d'un hexaèdre interne permettant l'introduction de ladite tête dans l'implant, ainsi que dans l'utilisation, sur la partie apicale, d'un filetage présentant un pas compris entre 0,7 mm et 2,0 mm, et une hauteur de reliefs comprise entre 0,3 et 1,2 mm. A l'intérieur de l'implant, les parois d'un alésage permettant le montage sont dotées de cannelures qui permettent l'introduction de l'implant dans le tissu osseux.
