Description

Figure imgf000005_0001
例えば、 do= 1 mm、 え o= l . 3 im、
Figure imgf000005_0002

s i η Θ 2 = X/ (MX f ) = s i n Θ 1 /M ( 2 )
0o= 27t/ io do s i n 0 2
= 2 7r/Ao do s i n 6 1 ( 1 /M) ( 3 )
M= 1の場合が、 ビーム拡大光学系 20を使用しない場合の隣接光ファイバ間 の位相差 Δ ψο である。 ビーム拡大光学系 20を適用することにより、 Ρ接ファ ィバ間の位相差を 1 /Μにすることが可能になる。 前記位相差 Δ φο の関係を維 持したまま光ファイバに入射した光は、 各光電変換素子 1 6で光電変換され、 各 々同一の位相差 Δ φοをもつマイクロ波信号に変換される。
s i η Θ m= ( do λ o) / ( dmノ Am) X (X/ f ) X ( 1/M)
= (do/λο) / ( dm/λπα) X X/ ( f XM)
s i η Θ m = ( d o/ X Q) / ( d a/ λ m) xn X / f ( 5 )
s i η Θ m= (άο/λο) / ( dm/Am) . X/ f . l/Z
s i η Θ m = ( do/ λο) / \ d m/ ん m) · X/ f
= (do/ (a Am) / (d m/ m) · X/ f
= (do/a ) /dm - X/ f ( 7)
