Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un matériau ferrite de structure hexaferrite caractérisé en ce qu'il répond à la formule chimique suivante A1-xByCZDtCuvFel2-WOl9 avec 2(x-z-v) + 3(w-y) - 4t = 0, A = Ba, Sr, Ca ou Pb, B = AI, Cr, Ga, Bi, B, La, Y ou une Terre Rare, C = Co, Zn, Cd, Ni, Mg ou Mn, D = Ti, Sn, Zr, Si, Ge Où0<x <0,30;0<y<0,30;0<z<0,30;0<t<0,30; 0,05 < v < 0,30 ; 0 < w < 0,90 Ce matériau ferrite est particulièrement bien adapté pour être utilisé comme aimant permanent bas coût. L'invention a aussi pour objet un procédé de fabrication d'un tel matériau. Application : Circulateurs hyperfréquence.
