Abstract
La présente invention relève du domaine de l'industrie du pétrole et sert à augmenter la productivité d'un puits par le biais du traitement de sa zone de fond à l'aide de dispositifs comprenant des matériaux qui génèrent du gaz lors de leur combustion. Cette invention permet d'accroître l'efficacité du traitement de la zone de fond d'une couche constituée de roche carbonatée. Le procédé de traitement du puits consiste à faire descendre un dispositif connu dans la zone de fond au moyen d'un câble, lequel dispositif comprend une chambre d'air se terminant par une chambre de réception renfermant un composé qui génère du gaz lors de sa combustion et qui est constitué d'un mélange qui génère de l'acide chlorhydrique lorsqu'il est détruit. La combustion du composé générateur de gaz entraîne la formation de produits gazeux chauffés à haute pression pendant le traitement. Pour obtenir une réaction plus profonde de l'acide chlorhydrique avec la roche, il convient de prolonger le procédé. L'ouverture de la chambre d'air pendant une durée définie permet d'éliminer les impuretés de la zone de fond du puits. Cette invention se caractérise en ce qu'on utilise comme composé générateur de gaz un mélange dont chacun des composants génère, lors de sa destruction thermique, un acide chlorhydrique contenant entre 40 et 45 % en masse de perchlorate d'ammonium et entre 55 et 60 % en masse de polychlorure de vinyle.
