Abstract

The invention relates to a CD disc case, comprising a case (1), provided with a lid (2) and a double base (3), nested in the case (1), with a housing (31) for the disc (5). A slide (4) entering the housing (31) comprises one end supporting an arm (42), naturally extending into the housing (31) in order to be pushed towards the interior of the housing by the lid (2) (inactive position) or to be subject to the action of the disc (5) placed within the housing (31) to come up against the inclined part (331) of the raised edge (33) (active position). A flap (61), housed in the cavity (7), is connected by a joint (62) to the end of the slide (4) other than that with the operating arm (42) such as to come into an active position against the back (11) of the housing when the slide is pushed by the disc placed in the case or into an inactive position against the base (12) in the absence of a disc.
