Abstract

L'invention relève du domaine mécanique des presses à forger. L'invention se rapporte à une presse mécanique, qui comprend : un coulisseau (3) placé dans les guides d'un bâti (1) ; un arbre (4) vilebrequin ou excentrique ; une bielle (5) à double articulation ; un équilibreur (2) cylindrique ; une butée (23) élastique limitant la position supérieure du coulisseau, placée dans ledit équilibreur cylindrique ; un moteur électrique ; un volant ; un mécanisme de commande de la presse électromagnétique sans embrayage, qui se présente au moins sous la forme d'un électroaimant (8), et d'une armature mobile (12) ; un mécanisme de transmission se présentant sous la forme d'un levier basculant (21) ; et un organe de commande de la presse. Le caractère innovant de la présente invention réside dans le fait que l'armature mobile de l'électroaimant du mécanisme de commande sans embrayage se présente sous la forme d'un levier (12) à deux bras, disposé de manière à tourner autour d'un axe (13) fixé sur le bâti de la presse. De plus, l'un des bras (14) du levier-armature est placé sur le côté de la paroi du bâti de la presse, de manière qu'il puisse s'accoupler avec la surface (18) d'une (11) âme fixe de l'électroaimant (8) par l'intermédiaire d'une âme réglable (16) mobile à ressort (15). L'autre bras (19) du levier-armature est relié mobile à l'extrémité extérieure du levier basculant (21) du mécanisme de transmission.
