Le revêtement (5) des dents hélicoïdales externes (2) est multicouche; les couches comprennent des couches internes (6) et des couches externes (7). Les profils externes de chacune des couches dans la section d'extrémité du rotor sont déterminés en fonction des proportions préalablement établies. L'invention permet d'augmenter la durée et la fiabilité de l'invention et d'élargir les possibilités de l'application de revêtements possédant des propriétés différentes qui tiennent compte des conditions d'exploitation et des caractéristiques de liquides de travail, ce qui permet d'assurer les réparations par une application répétée du revêtement.
