Description

UNIVERSAL VEHICLE FOR PASSENGERS
State ofthe art to which the patent refers
The invention belongs to the field of means of transportation in general, or field of devices for the improvement ofthe accommodation of passengers in the vehicle for highway motor vehicles adapted both for the transport of cargo or for special objects.
In accordance with the International Patent Classification (IPC)6 the index is: B 60P 3/42, B 6N 20N 2/30, B 60J 10/10, F 16F 13/00.
Technical problem
The invention resolves the problem of the reconstruction of the vehicles for passengers and delivery on the basis of standard vehicles for passengers and delivery, that can enable, apart from the transportation of baggage, small and bulky cargo, also the transport of one or more passengers, apart from the driver and person next to him - assistant driver, whereas these passengers, for the sake ofthe more comfortable transport, shall be accommodated in the same unique space with the driver and assistant driver. The commercial name of this vehicle is DAV.I.G, which is a shortened name for DAVID AND GOLIATH, and that is a synonymous for small and big, weak and strong, powerless and powerful, etc. Transferred to this invention, it means that this invention is at the same time small and big, and also weak or strong, depending on the function for which the owner or user means to utilise this vehicle.
The precondition for the making ofthe universal vehicle for passengers in accordance with this invention is the assembly of the upper part of the back (fifth) door made of glass, for the sake of clear survey, and the precondition for the placing of this glass is the positioning of the safety damper from whom no danger threatens from the breaking of the glass, that this invention resolves. This solution is applicable also with the cover ofthe motor ofthe passenger motor vehicle.
In the state of the art there are solutions known for the dampers intended for the application with the motor vehicles, and also for the last (fifth) door revolving upwards around the horizontal rotating axes. With the standard construction, these bumpers consist of the bar with a piston with the piston rod packing on one end and round ball part or turn ofthe spring on the other side for the reception ofthe connection in the suitable bearing in the motor vehicle. The mentioned piston is here placed in the cylinder ofthe bumper, where there is gas under pressure, while at the lifting ofthe door, that pressure, by pushing the piston, lifts the door.
In the course ofthe work, that is while opening and closing ofthe doors, moving in the cylinder, the piston performs the damping of the flow of the gas and in such a way also the damping of the sudden blows as well as vibrations while moving the doors conjugated with them.
The shortcomings of this solution from the state ofthe art are reflected first of all in the fact that due to the constant motion of the piston in the cylinder, there is the loss of the sealing properties, in particular intensive with the intensively low and high temperatures. The loss of sealing properties is then manifested in the form of the reduction of the working properties of the assembly and thus the basic function ofthe dampers.
Axial forces, that are the result of the work of the gaseous damper, transfer the burden on the supporters ofthe damper on the doors and on the car body that leads to the decay of these holders. This is particularly expressed due to the fact that the gaseous dampers, as a rule, support or push the door upwards towards the open position, while during the closing of the door downwards, it is necessary to use the hand for additional support in order to overcome the pressure of the gas in the cylinder, that additionally burdens the holders on both sides ofthe dampers.
In the end, with the solutions envisaging two parallel placed dampers, described from the state ofthe art, in the case ofthe break of one of them, another damper with its construction, can not hold the power ofthe weight ofthe door, so its function is practically stopped.
For the purpose of removing the mentioned, and also some other, shortcomings with the dumpers of the last (fifth) door of the motor vehicles known from the state of the art, it has been proposed that the subject matter of the solution of the air-mechanical dumper of the last (fifth) door of the passenger motor vehicle in accordance of this solution, which is applicable also with the motor bonnet.
This dumper in the original shape encompasses the pneumatic cylinder of a certain length which is, by its upper part, connected by a turn for the jaw with a spring that is connected to the round holder connected to the inner part ofthe doors or cover. In this cylinder, we find placed, attached to the bonnet or conjugated through the jaws, piston with the gasket which by turning the cylinder downwards creates the air pressure that enables the free fall ofthe door or cover, hi the cylinder, on the upper part, there are placed openings of the suitable dimensions for the expiration of the necessary amount of air under pressure, in order to achieve expiry ofthe necessary amount of air under pressure, in order to achieve the gradual lowering of doors or cover.
The bar that has been attached in one end to the piston on the other side is expansion cluched by a bolt and jaw to the hanger that is adjusted to the bonnet ofthe vehicle.
In the framework, through the tube of the cylinder of the dumper, there is a tube of the fuse (cotter retainer) of a much larger diameter where the fuse (cotter retainer) has been installed. Tube ofthe fuse, with its lower part relies upon the torsion spring that, in its lower part, relies on the bottom of another short tube of the same diameter as the tube of the cylinder that, by means of its upper part, enters in the tube ofthe fuse and, relies upon the jaw. This torsion spring performs amortization ofthe force of gravity ofthe opening of doors or cover (lid).
The essential difference between the dumper in question that is the subject matter of this solution in comparison to the solutions from the state of the art lies in the fact that the dumping ofthe force of weight of the door or cover is performed by the torsion spring, and that the support for the door or cover is the tooth ofthe eccentricity in the fuse instead of gas under pressure in the cylinder, and that the door is lowered in a controlled way by its own weight.
The air-mechamcal dumper includes pneumatic cylinder 21 (of specific length, the end of which has been closed by bottom 31 , with a screw 381 placed on it , and there screwed thread 38 1 on jaw 391 with spring 521.
On its other end, pneumatic c3^U der 21 has been closed here by fastened guide bar 61 with the centre opening 71 where the free sliding passage belongs to bar 81 of a certain length, with on its other end placed suitably dimensioned piston 91. At the head of the piston 91, there is placed one sided seal 361, which during the motion of cylinder upwards leads the air into cylinder 21, while the movement of cylinder downwards enables, apart from that, exit ofthe air from cylinder 21.
In order to achieve the necessary speed for the lowering ofthe back (fifth) door or cover ofthe motor at the top ofthe cylinder 21, there are openings 401 of suitable dimensions for the exit of air under pressure from cylinder 21.
The bar 81, of a certain length is finished on its free end by a screw 411, where jaw 421 has been screed.
Over cylinder 21 ofthe bumper, there is axially sliding tube 121 attached with the fuse 531 of a certain length. On the tube 121, there is attached, by welding, fuse 531 with its internal device.
Picture 31 shows the position of the bumper with the maximum of opened doors or cover. In order that the doors or cover should be closed, the power ofthe weight ofthe door or cover, by means of jaw 391 drives downwards the cylinder 21, whereas in the cylinder 21 there is the pressure of air to which the seal 361 does not allow the exit from the cylinder 21. The only possibility of exit of the air under pressure from the cylider 21 with openings 401, that are two dimensional, so that the doors or cover are lowered in the desired speed.
While moving downwards, the cylinder 21, by its lower part, finds the tongue 231 ofthe fuse and moves it in the direction ofthe a ms on the face of the clock, around its axes 351, while the cog wheel 431, attached to the tongue 231 ofthe fuse, over dented part 441 ofthe lever 241 ofthe fuse to move this lever 241 around its axes 341 in the direction contrary to the direction of the hands on the face of the clock. On this occasion, the spring 271 is mastered, that draws the lever 241 in the direction ofthe hands on the face ofthe clock.
On the other end ofthe lever 241 , on the small axes 251, that is attached to lever 241, there is a free rotating dented tongue 331, which is by means of the small axis 451, attached to the lever 241 and lever 281 attached to that little axis, holds the dented tongue 331 in a certain position.
When the cylinder 21 turns the tongue 231, and this tongue 231 moves the lever 241, then the tongue ofthe dented tongue 331 encompasses the little axis 321 attached to the eccentric 261 of the fuse and turns it round its axis 211 in the direction ofthe arms on the clock (figure 31).
On this occasion, the dented tongue 331, by driving the eccentric 261 by means ofthe little axis 321, moves clockwise, and at the same time tightens the spring 281. When cylinder 21 takes over the eccentric 261, then spring 281 returns the dented tongue 331 in the initial position.
When the cylinder 21, comes to the eccentric 261 (figure 41), then around its axis 311, it continues to be moved clockwise. The movement ofthe cylinder 21 downwards continues, so that the outer edge of the eccentric 261 and the cylinder 21 are touched by friction.
During the lifting ofthe door or cover, when the cylinder 21 goes above the eccentric 261, when the eccentric 261 is returned in the initial position, when the doors or cover were opened. On this occasion, the axis 321 on the eccentric 261 passes by the dented tongue 331, after the spring 281 has returned the dented tongue 331 in the initial position.
From the moment when the lower part of the cylinder 21 passes the eccentric 261, till the moment when the lower part ofthe cylinder 21 passes the tongue 231, the eccentric 261 maintains in the position to take over, by force of weight of the door or cover, by means of the lower part of the cylinder 21.
When the doors or cover are supposed to be closed, then, by lifting the doors or cover, in the upper maximum position, the end of cylinder 21 passes by the tongue 231, thus unlocking the whole mechanism and the procedure is repeated. The dumping ofthe force of gravity ofthe opened door or cover is achieved so that, on the ball attached to the bonnet ofthe vehicle, over jaws 421 of that tube 481 and spring 521, the force of weight of the doors or cover is transferred, by means of cylinder 21 of that tube 121 and bushes 491 and 501 on spring 511, and then over the tube 481, and jaws 421 with spring 521, on the ball attached to the bonnet of the vehicle.
The advantages with the application ofthe desired solution ofthe air- mechanical dumper ofthe passenger motor vehicles, and in comparison to the known solutions of the dumpers, from the state of the art, as previously mentioned, are multifold.
Bearing in mind that these dumpers have been performed without gaseous elements, there are no shortcomings here concerning the reduction of their sealing power and reduction in their bearing capacity.
By the appropriate construction solutions, in accordance with this solution, here we find considerably reduced stretching force in the dumper itself, as well as in the final supporters of the construction elements ofthe dumper.
This is particularly expressed by the fact that due to the considerable pressure of gas in the cylinder, it is necessary to overcome forces of gas pressure by which the jaws, balls and supports are exposed to frequent damages. We often find, in particular, the damage ofthe door, so that, for example, glass doors, in the case when one ofthe dumpers stops working, cannot hold, leading to its breaking. At the same time, the pressure ofthe gas in the dumper is dimensioned so that one dumper cannot hold the weight force ofthe door.
Due to the constant pressure ofthe gas in the cylinder ofthe dumper, which holds maximum in the position ofthe cylinder with the closed door, the bearing and even damages of the sealing elements and girder on the doors and bonnet are constant.
By comparing the results ofthe examination ofthe gaseous dumper known in the state of the art and dumpers in accordance with this solution, the difference between them can be observed. With gas dumper, in accordance with the graph, figure 61 and figures 81, 91, 101, the minimum force of pressure of gas with the maximum of opened doors is 22.5 kg, while that force in the cylinder, by lowering doors is increased to the maximum of 34 kg with the closed door. Since the door is lifted by two dumpers, therefore the total force on the support of dumpers on the door is 68 kg. This is the reason that the permanent damage of gas dumpers, as well as supports on the doors and bonnet, just as the door itself.
All this, with the new dumper, figure 11, 21, has been avoided, in accordance with this solution. The only advantage of the gas dumper over the dumper made according to this solution is that in the other case, the doors should only be lifted by hand, by the force which is different in the different positions ofthe door, due to the revolving ofthe door around the diagram horizontal axes. The display on the graph, Figure 71. However, with the lowering ofthe doors, no force is necessary for the lowering ofthe doors as with gas dumper, but the doors are lowered by itself, by their own weight.
The absence of gas under pressure with this dumpers, simultaneously considerably reduces the stretching forces ofthe supports ofthe air-mechanical dumpers on the doors, or motor cover and on the bonnet of the vehicle, in particular while closing, since the supports now suffer only the force of the dumping effect ofthe pneumatic piston 91 in the cylinder 21 ofthe dumper.
Almost all load on the balls and bearing, just like the supports, is only the inherent weight ofthe cylinder ofthe dumper and the weight ofthe door or cover, but only in the open position.
Neither when opening or when closing doors, or cover, there is almost any friction between the ball and the bearing ofthe dumper holder, because there is no load in these places.
By the break in work of one bumper, the spring of another takes over additional lead so that the function of another is not reduced and can hold alone the back (fifth) door or motor cover.
At the same time, the invention gives opportunity to make vehicles with dismounting cupola, but also with fixed cupola, where unique vehicle has been created with cupola fixed on the back part of the vehicle, just like in the previous vehicle with dismounting cupola, on the back side, it is enforced with heat and sound insulation and covered with upholstery or plastic lining.
State ofthe art
From the non patent literature, there are known solutions of standard vehicles for road trasportation of smaller loads, as well as delivery truck- vehicles. With all these vehicles, there is a separate cabin for driver and assistant driver, separated from the back part ofthe vehicles envisaged for the transport of smaller loads. As an example of such solutions, it is possible to name the vehicle of the Factory Zastava from Rragujevac and Sombor with the comercial titles Florida Poly and Skala Poly. With one part or two part doors, and the back part separated by partition made of tin with the cupola for the placing of small cargo and for the reception of passangers. For the purpose, along one side parts of the back separate part of the vehicle with the cupola, there are longitudinally placed seats that can be assembled. At the same time, the cupola itself has been enforced from the inner part of the mutually connected profiles made of steel. For the entry of this part of the vehicle, we find envisaged suitably made back doors in one or two parts, in accordance with figure lc.
The lack of these and similar solutions from the state ofthe art, apart from the insufficient safety of passengers in this part ofthe vehicle with the cupola, are reflected also in the fact that the passengers find themselves in practically closed space with its back turned to the walls ofthe cupola, whereas there is no view of road on which the vehicle moves, this adversely influences passengers on a psychological level, and this influence has been amplified by a separate space where there are passengers, other than the space ofthe cabin with the driver and assistant driver.
Along with that, with the construction ofthe vehicle and other similar, the floor ofthe back part ofthe vehicle is elevated in comparison to the standard height, ofthe floor ofthe cabin. For the sake of this, while placing passanger seats on the necessary height, the centre of gravity ofthe loaded vehicle is elevated, which is particularly inadvertent for the stability of the vehicle having full load, high speeds and transport of so called live cargo. In the patent documentation, from EP No 0 007 Al documents, we are familiar with a similar standard delivery truck of the producer SA Automobiles Citroen as well as Automobiles Peugeot FR for the transport of smaller cargoes. The basic characteristic of the bonnet of cupolas of artificial thermoplastic material, with two side windows, as well as a window on the back doors, that rotate around the horizontal hinges on the top. The removal of cupola from the bonnet with the unscrewing of connective screws, the vehicle becomes the delivery truck for the transport of loads of higher mass as well as more loading gauge.
The shortcomings of the desired vehicles are mostly the same as with the previously described, whereas this has not been envisaged for the transport of live load in its back port.
While doing so, none of the desired solutions resolves the problem of sealing connections or sites for placing the cupola, which is, as a rule, performed from the artificial thermoplastic material and bonnet as tin part ofthe vehicle.
From the non patent literature, it has been known that for the sealing ofthe places of connection or the placing of cupola, with the delivery vehicles having cupola made of artificial thermoplastic material and tinplate part of the bonnet using standard adhesive tapes with half circle outer part, extended middle part ofthe rectangle shape, with upper and down flat surface for adhesion.
The shortcomings of this solution are reflected in the fact that in the exploitation of the vehicle there are changes i temperature of the contact surfaces, which can, at the same time, be relatively big and frequent enough, which leads to the loss of sealing capacity, appearing in the form of water and damp intrusion, which entering in the interior of the vehicle causes corrosion of steel adhesive screws as well as tin parts ofthe back part ofthe vehicle.
Description ofthe essence ofthe invention
For the sake of removal of described deficiencies, as well as other known insufficiencies from the state ofthe art with these vehicles, as well as with the aim of resolving a defined technical problem, there are the proposed solutions for the universal vehicle for. passengers in accordance with the invention. With these solutions, made from the standard solutions of typical delivery vehicles with the cabin for driver and assitant driver, as well as assembly cupola, such as, for example: Skala Poly ofthe factory Zastava, there are, now designed, two production variations ofthe back part ofthe vehicle.
In the first variation ofthe performance, there is, omitted, one fixed partition between cabin and back part of the vehicle and there is plastic dismountable cupola in the back part, but shaped so that it has aerodynamic line and protective steel construction roll bar with the inner side, between the roof and roll bar, there is upholstery placed or plastic lining.
In the second variation of production, there is no fixed partition between cabin and back part of the vehicle as well as disassembled plastic cupola. Instead ofthe dismountable plastic cupola, there is tin cupola of identical shape and dimensions, just like previous cupola, but efficiently attached to the lower part of the vehicle and, on the inner side, enforced by profiled tin enforcement, Instead of roll bar, attached to the tin pointed welding, and on the inner side of this profiled enforcement, there is material for heat, sound insulation covered by upholstery or plastic lining.
This solution provides one unique space of the cabin with the driver and assistant driver and back part of the vehicle where the other passengers are seated on the seats envisaged for that. This solution accomplishes the psychological impression that realizes equal impression of driving with the surveillance ofthe road for the driver and assistant driver, just as for the passengers on the seats at the back part ofthe vehicles. This is also emphasized by the planned installation of safety glass in the shape ofthe rectangle windows on tlie left and right part, rounded in tlie corners and in the height of tlie eyes of passengers sitting on the newly placed seats in the back part ofthe vehicle, just as, above the glasses placed safety two part glass, half fixed and half sliding, movable, for the sake of better light and better ventilation in the back part ofthe vehicle, also, as with the previous aim, for the sake of more light and for surveillance of the moving of vehicles, one vehicle behind another, in accordance with this invention, there is dismountable safety glass of trapeze shape in the form of window, i.e. upper part of the back door, that is opened upwards on the suitably placed hinges. For the sake of increased safety of passengers, sitting in the back part of tlie vehicle, entering through the door at place for tl e assistant driver, there is overapping or sliding movable seat of the assistant driver with the overlapping head support.
With the aim of solving the construction problems of various variations of vehicle application, in accordance with the invention referring to the seats for passengers, in the back part of the vehicle, they are attached to the floor in a dismountable way, and are placed in parallel to the seats ofthe driver - assistant driver. According to this, the middle seat for the passengers is placed immediately fixed for the floor, while for the placing of feet, the concavity in the floor is envisaged behind the seat ofthe driver and assistant driver. This simultaneously partly lowers the centre of gravity ofthe full vehicle.
Part or complete disassembly, or overlapping of seats in the back part ofthe vehicle realizes the desired variations of its application as:
CARAVAN VEHICLE with disassembly or fixed cupola, with overlapping middle seat for passengers and, behind it, placed horizontal shelf for the accommodation of luggage as well as space behind the shelf for the accommodation of weights with less mass.
PICK-UP VEHICLE with dismountable and fixed cupola performed in two construction variations. In tlie first construction variation, the middle seat is made in one part and the passengers sitting in the middle seat enter at the door next to the assistant driver and the passengers sitting in the back seats enter at the back door in two wings, that open upwards and downwards. In the second construction variation, the middle seat is constructed in two parts and all the passengers who sit in the back part ofthe vehicle enter at the door next to the assistant driver. In case of tlie frontal cash of the vehicles, when the doors of the driver and assistant driver nail down, which is often the case - then, all the passengers can exit at the back door.
DELIVERY TRUCK - with dismountable or fixed cupola with overlapped middle seat without back seats and without horizontal shelf, with the space for the transfer of cargo in the back part ofthe vehicle, with or without placed disassembly partition on the central opening between cabin and backpart ofthe vehicle;
CAMP VEHICLE - with disassembly or fixed cupola, with disassembly middle or back seats, with overlapping matress for placing on tl e floor at the back side of the vehicle, with beds for children made of nets hanging on roll bars or partly profiled enforcement by means of rope - cotton cord, with mattress on nets with the comiection between the back part of the vehicle with opened back doors and tents for daily stay, preparations of food, etc.
CARGO CLOSED VEHICLE - with dismountable or fixed cupola and completely empty space in the back part ofthe vehicle for cargo transport or placement of camp equipment with or without placed dismountable partition and with opened lower part ofthe back door for the transport of cargo and longer than the back part ofthe vehicle.
CARGO OPENED VEHICLE - without disassembly cupola and completely free space of the back part of the vehicle for transport of cargo and more significant storage space with or without disassembly partition on the central opening between the cabin and back part ofthe vehicle. Detailed description ofthe invention
The picture depicts details of amended and improved universal vehicle for passengers in accordance with the invention with multifold application and purpose. For this purpose, there is amendment ofthe cupola 1 ofthe standard vehicle, where, in the level of the eyes of the passengers, sitting in the middle seat 19, 19a, and back seats 127, 127a, in the back part ofthe vehicle 25, there is safety slide glass 2 in the shape of rectangle with rounded corners, as well as, above the windows, placed safety glasses 2a half fixed and half remote by sliding. There is also with the same aim, placed there, one safety glass 4 of trapeze shape in the form ofthe upper part ofthe back door ofthe cupola 1.
The same standard plastic cupola 1 has been performed in all construction variations enforced on the inner side by the steel safety construction. This construction, in accordance with picture 2b includes the front, middle and back arch 5,6,7 from the steel tubes. The lower bearings 8, welded on the steel safety construction, are connected and can be dismounted by screws connected with the horizontal planes 9 of both sides ofthe vehicle, at the same time, arches 5,6 and 7 are still mutually connected, so that they can be disassembled by elements lo with screws that enforce the stiffness of the construction and increase tlie safety of passengers in the back part 25 ofthe vehicle.
When constructing cupola 1 from tin, in all construction variations, according to figure 2c, safety construction is performed in metallic, tin arches 5a, 6a, 7a, that are mutually connected also by tin profiles 10 a.
For the sake of performing one ofthe basic aims ofthe subject matter of invention, to have the passenger or passengers seated in tlie unique space with the driver or assistant driver, in the existing partition between cabin 11 and back part 25 of the vehicles, there is a middle opening of 12 maximum possible dimensions. At the same time, at the lower edge of this opening, there is attached sill 13 from profiles of round cross-section, that covers the edge of stair part of floor 21 ofthe bonnet.
For tlie sake of unhindered passage of passengers that enter through the door next to assistant driver in the back part 25 of the vehicle, in the place of the assistant driver, there is overlapping or sliding movable seat attached to the floor by hinges 14 for overlapping around the horizontal axes and towards windshield or sliders connected to floor 21. With the same aim, back support 15 on the seat of the assistant driver has been constructed with the handle 16 rounding around axes 17 for its bringing downwards with this seat being overlapped. When this seat is being brought down, the back support 15 is upheld by the barrier 18.
And, in the I construction variation of .performance in accordance with the figure 3 a, in the shape of CARAVAN VEHICLE, behind the middle opening 12, in the back part ofthe vehicle, there is middle seat 19, 19a, placed. This seat, 19, 19a is connected in its front part with hinge 201 of disassembly connection to floor 21 of the vehicle (figure 40), whereas, at the rear end, by means of support 22 (figure 4a), it has been relying upon the same floor 21 of the back part 25 ofthe vehicle.
The very connection 20, that an be disassembled (according to figure 8c) consists of a fixed nut 202, welded together with enforcement 203 with the lower side of the floor 21 ofthe back part of the vehicle 25. Above the floor 21, there is square tube 204 placed, where, by screw 205 with standard head, hinge 201 is attached, and the front carrier ofthe middle seat 19, 19a is connected with it (not shown in the figure).
Seat 19, 19a is standard seat with profiles adjusted to the available space between the sides at the back ofthe vehicle. The seat 19 has been performed with the back support 19 with whom it has been connected with the articulated connection 26 (figure 4a). Back support 19a has been performed with suitable outlets 19b for relying upon, on the inside surfaces 9a of the sides, the revolving adjusted supports 23 (figure 3 a) with which there are connections with the stretched rubber ribbons (not shown in the figure). Apart from this seat 19, there are coimections on the floor 21, just as the inner surfaces 9a of the sides ofthe back part 25 ofthe vehicle, for the griping ofthe safety belts for tying down passengers (not shown in the picture).
In this construction variation of production of vehicles in the shape of KARAVAN VEHICLE, there are installed in rotation about four in advance placed axes, between the back support 19a, middle seat 19 and lower part 3 of the back door, dismountable horizontal shelf 24 in three parts with the overlapping back parts 24a and 24b. At the same time, with this KARAVAN VEHICLE, just as with other means of its performance for different uses and applications, because ofthe installation ofthe back glass 4 in the shape of tlie upper part ofthe back door, with tlie installing of cupola or without it, there is additionally installed middle review mirror turned backwards bellow the place ofthe driver in the cabin.
In the second construction variation of production, in accordance with the figure 5 a and 5b in the shape of KOMBI VEHICLE, behind the disassembled middle seat 19, 19a, there are placed two seats 127 with the back supports 127a turned towards the back doors in two parts 3,4. Middle seat 19, 19a is made in two production variations.
In the first production variation, middle seat 19, 19a has been placed in one part (picture 5 a) so that the passengers that sit in that seat enter at the door ofthe assistant driver, and passengers that sit on the back seats 127, 127a enter at the back door in two parts- double back door, 3,4.
In tl e second construction variation, the middle seat 19, 19a is in two parts (figure 5b), whereas the passengers that sit in the back seats 127, 127a enter the door next to the assistant driver and next to the folding double middle seat 19b, 19c. Back seats 127, 127a, according to figure 10a, are fastened on their supports. This support consists of two steel columns 129, connected on the upper part with the welded steel bar (not shown in the figure), and on the lower part, attached to the floor 21 with the separable connection 129c, and with its upper part with the two balls 129b that enter the rebate 129d on the lower part of the back seat 127, on which, when needed, the seat 127, 127a can be moved forward and backward or overlapped right- left, while the back of the seat 127a with the help of the unfolding flap hinges 129e is overlapped forward-backward. The support 129f, in its lower partis connected in a dismountable way by connection 129hto the floor 25 ofthe vehicle.
In the third construction variation of the production, in accordance to figure 4a, in tlie shape of the DELIVERY TRUCK, the middle seat 19, 19a is overlapped forward, parallel to the seats of driver and assistent driver. The middle seat 19, 19a is connected in a dismountable way by connection 201 to floor 21 ofthe vehicle, and by hinges 26, the seat 19 is connected to the seat back 19a, while almost all the space ofthe back part ofthe vehicle was liberated for the delivery ofthe cargo.
In the forth construction variation of production, in accordance with figure 6a, in the shape of CAMP VEHICLE, the seats 19, 19a, 127, 127a are dismounted and on the floor 21, a mattress 6b was placed with the head support 6c, as well as a cradle for children 6d with the net 6e and the mattresses, and ropes- cords for hanging 6f beds 6d. Additional equipment with this variation of perfonnance is tent 6h for daily stay, in according to figure 6b, attached in a dismountable way for the back part of the vehicle 25 with open back doors 3, 4 which can be closed, if needed, for example: during sleep, bad times and similar.
In the fifth construction variation of production, in accordance with figure 7a, in the shape of CARGO CLOSED VEHICLE, after the dismounting ofthe middle and back seats 19, 19a, 127, 127a, as well as their connections and supports, the back part 25 ofthe vehicle stays open for the acceptance of cargo and camp equipment etc. i this variation of production, there is installed or omitted assembly partition tin 32 attached in a way that can be disassembled by screws to the head surfaces of lateral sides 9a, with indexes 9b for the back side 25 ofthe vehicle. This partition tin 32 is extended in a separately placed safety glass 33 in the shape of windows, which, if necessary, completely closes or opens the middle opening 12 formed between the cabin and the back part 25 ofthe vehicle.
In the end, in the sixth construction variation of performance, in accordance to figure 8 a, 8b, in the shape of CARGO OPEN VEHICLE, after dismounting of cupola 1 together with the safety steel construction (figure 8a, 8b), the back part 25 of the vehicle stays completely free for the acceptance of cargoes of larger dimensions than what can be placed within cupola 1. And with this form of execution, there is positioned or left out dismountable partition tin 32 with or without safety glass 33, whereas, if necessary, this partition tin 32 has been dismounted as well as the seat ofthe assistant driver 14a and safety glass 33, especially while transporting longer cargoes.
In accordance with the figure 18, by adding profiled longitudinal part 1001 with the appropriately made seal 40, whereas the mentioned profiled longitudinal part 1001, in one ofthe known ways, is permanently connected to the inner surface 1002 of the lower part of the cupola 1 with the lower flat edge 1008, there results vertical groove 1003 for vertical rib 43. On the low part of tlie profiled longitudinal part 1001, there is reinforced part 1004, that, together with the flat low part ofthe cupola 1 forms vertical longitudinal groove 1003. Lower enforced part 1004 ofthe profiled longitudinal part 1001 is extended under the right angle by flat horizontal part 1005, mostly ofthe cross section with right angles, which is, at its end finished by the downwards bended edge part 1006. At the same time, the lower surface 1007 of the flat horizontal part 1005 is leveled in its height with the low flat surface 1008 of cupola 1, while the last horizontal surface 1009 on the part ofthe bended edge part 1006 ends in the form of outlet bellow the flat surface 1007 ofthe part 1005.
In the end, in the flat horizontal part 1005 of the profiled enforced part 1004, there are openings 10010 for the passage of standard screws 10011 with the foundations 10013, where there are found, on the lower side placed nuts 10012, welded on steel tin sheets with the surface 9, on lateral side 9a, ofthe back part 25 ofthe vehicle.
The mentioned seal 40, according to the invention and figure 18, is constructed in the shape of profiled longitudinal ribbon of certain lenght from the material suitable for sealing, most suitably from rubber ofthe certain hardness. The mentioned profiled ribbon ofthe seal 40 includes the outer half circle part 41 in the shape ofthe head ofthe width b, that in the central axes has extension of flat part 42 ofthe rectangle cross section with performed vertical ribbon 43. This vertical ribbon 43 has tlie height hi, which is always for around 30 to 40% more than half of width b of head 41 ofthe profile ofthe seal 40. At the same time, distance bl from the foot ofthe part 41 to the first vertical side 43, according to figure 18, is always bigger for 10% from the width b2 of the lower part of the cupola 1 with the ending flat edge 1008. At the same time, the newly formed longitudinal groove 1003 of the cupola 1 in the lower enforced part 1004, is made with the width b3 which is always for around 25% more than the width b4 of the rib 43.
The flat part 42 of the seal 40, which is mostly with rectangle cross section shape, extended behind the ribs 43 with the upper flat surface 44 and the low flat surface 45, whereas its thickness or length has been adjusted to the dimensions of the flat horizontal part 1005, enforced part 1004 of the cupola 1, and also adjusted to the width ofthe surface 9 ofthe lateral tin side 9a ofthe back part 25 of the vehicle. Upper flat surface 44, towards its end, has been made with the cut 46 of the dimensions suitable for the edge part 1006 ofthe part 1005 of cupola 1. This cut 46 on the end ofthe flat part 42 of the seal 40 has ended by the vertical outlet 47 with the inner half circle surface 48 ended by top 49 which also ends the outer bended circular surface 50 of the outlet 47. This surface 50 ofthe outlet 47 has been' extended by the vertical surface 51 and horizontal surface 52, which is then, by means of the vertical surface 53, is transferred, on the place of ending the tin steel sheets of horizontal surface 9 on lateral side 9a ofthe back part 25 ofthe vehicle, into the lower surface 45 ofthe flat part 42 ofthe seal 40. At the same time, surfaces 51, 52 and 53 at the end of the flat part 42, for the outlet 54 of the rectangle cross section, which, by its height surpasses, at this place the thickness ofthe metal sheets of the horizontal surface 9 ofthe back part ofthe vehicle 2 .
In the end, according to the openings 10010 in the horizontal part 1005 ofthe cupola 1, there are suitable openings 55 in the flat part 42 ofthe seal 40, for leading the screws in the assembly of cupola 1 and back part 25 of the vehicle.
The seal 40, according to the invention and figure 18, functions so that during assembly ofthe cupola 1, in the previously prepared longitudinal groove 1003 ofthe width b3 in the enforced part 1004 ofthe profiled longitudinal part 1001, there is installed one vertical rib 43 ofthe seal 40 ofthe width b4. At the same time, the lower flat edge 1008 of the cupola 1 of the width b2 enters in the space of the width bl made on the seal 40. At the same time, the low flat edge 1008 as well as the low flat surface 1007 ofthe cupola 1 is adjacent to the suitable flat surface 44 ofthe seal 40. Also the edge parts ofthe flat part 1005 of the cupola 1 enter in the cuts 46 of the seal 40 with the vertical outlet 47 and its surfaces 48, 50 and 51, until the top 49 lies adjacent upon the surface ofthe bended edge part 1006.
With thus placed seal 40, cupola 1 is placed in the known way by its flat part 42 on the surface 9 ofthe tin lateral side 9a ofthe back part 25 ofthe vehicle, on which it is adjacent with its flat surface 45.
While doing so, the outer lower part ofthe half circle part 41 ofthe seal 40, is adjacent upon the lateral sides 9a of the vehicle, while the end outlet 54 includes in its vertical surface 54 the end of the horizontal surface 9 on the lateral side 9a ofthe vehicle.
Only after the checking of the correct adhering of the relevant surfaces, there are foundations placed 10013 on the openings 10010 on the part 1005 of the cupola 1, and then tlie screws 10011 passing there, tightened in their nuts 10012, perform the tightening of the cupola 1 on the back part of the vehicle.
At the same time, the external lower part ofthe half circle part 41 of tlie seal 40, is adjacent on the lateral sides 9a ofthe vehicle, while the end outing 54 includes by its vertical side 54 the end ofthe horizontal surface 9 on the lateral side 9a ofthe vehicle. Only after the checking of the correct adhesion of the relevant surfaces, there are supports 10013 placed on the openings 10010 on part 1005 of cupola 1, and then, through them screws 10011 are placed, tightened in their nuts 10012, for tlie adjusting of the cupola 1 for the lower part of the vehicle 25.
The basic function of the seal 40, according to the invention and figure 18, is reflected, with thus arranged cupola 1 in the permanent securing of all the adjacent surfaces in the connection with regard to the entry of water and damp in all the climatic conditions, including those with frequent changes of extremely high or low temperatures.
For example, in the situations of rain, water from the cupola comes down, among other things, bellow tlie upper part of the external half circle part 41 of the seal 40. This water remains there on the adjacent flat surfaces ofthe half circular part 41 and the outer surface ofthe wall ofthe cupola 1, all the while before it evaporates , because neither in the conditions of connected vessels nor in the conditions of capillarity is it possible to overflow above the upper rounded edge of the rib 43 ofthe seal 40. This phenomenon is the result of a situation that the height hi ofthe rib 43, in every case, is bigger from the height ofthe upper edge ofthe half circular part 41 ofthe width b. At the same time, thus performed and suitably adjusted rib 43 of the seal 40 is protected in the assembly from the atmospheric conditions as well as from the mechanical damage, and for that reason it can be considered that its function may be taken, with regard to the entry of water and damp in the inside ofthe vehicle, as permanent.
Also, the application ofthe solution, in accordance with the invention, with the inserted seal 40, in accordance with the figure 18, between the cupola 1 and flat surface 9 ofthe vertical lateral side 9a of the back part of the vehicle 25, contributes to the simplification of the procedure of mounting and dismounting ofthe cupola 1. This is the result ofthe fact that in the mentioned conditions, according to the invention, it is possible, quite easily to open and tighten the connective screws 10011 in their nuts 10012, because they are safe from the intrusion of water and damp, and therefore from corrosion.
Way of industrial application and other applications ofthe invention
The way of application ofthe invention results, in the obvious way from the previous text ofthe description and drawings attached, so it is not necessary to underline that again.
Everything in the description concerning the construction and functional characteristics of the subject matter of invention, the inventors have tested on the prototypes constructed.
