These compositions take the form of solutions, suspensions, tablets, pills, capsules, sustained release formulations or powders.
- oral pharmaceutical compositions will comprise an inert diluent or assimilable edible carrier, or they may be enclosed in hard or soft shell gelatin capsule, or they may be compressed into tablets, or they may be incorporated directly with the food of the diet.

Abstract
L'invention concerne des antagonistes du récepteur 5-HT ainsi que sur des nouveaux composés représentés par la formule I, II, III et la synthèse et les utilisations de ces composés pour traiter des maladies à médiation directe ou indirecte par des récepteurs 5-HT. Ces conditions comprennent des troubles du système nerveux central telle que l'anxiété, la dépression, la schizophrénie, les lésions neurales, les attaques, et la migraine. L'invention se rapporte aussi à des procédés de préparation et à de nouveaux intermédiaires et à des sels pharmaceutiques de ceux-ci.
