Abstract

L'invention porte sur une station mobile qui transmet des sous-paquets à un taux de transmission spécifique ou autonome basé sur un bit de PERSISTANCE. La station mobile accroît, décroît, ou ne modifie pas le taux de transmission lorsque le bit de PERSISTANCE est un deuxième état logique et un bit de contrôle de taux (RCB) correspond à une première, deuxième, ou troisième valeur. Un autre mode de réalisation de l'invention comprend un bit ALL_ACID_IND qui donne pour consigne à la station mobile d'ajuster le taux de transmission spécifié soit pour un seul canal H-ARQ soit pour tous les canaux H-ARQ. Selon un autre mode de réalisation, la station mobile a recours au RCB associé à un NAK pour ajuster un rapport transmission-pilote. Après le NAK, la station mobile surveille la valeur du RCB pour augmenter le taux de transmission, décroître le taux de transmission, ou ne pas modifier le taux de transmission des sous-paquets suivants du même paquet de données.
