Abstract

La présente invention concerne des procédés et des compositions concernant des réseaux de matrice translucide. Dans certains modes de réalisation, les réseaux sont reconfigurables. Les réseaux reconfigurales peuvent être produits à l'aide de petites molécules de liaison, telles que des aptamères ou des afficorps qui se lient, de préférence, à la partie spécifique IgG des anticorps. De tels réseaux peuvent être utilisés pour détecter toute cible qui se lie sélectivement ou spécifiquement à un IgG.
