Abstract

Disclosed is a power screwdriver comprising a driving part (10) and a ratchet head (11) that is detachably fastened thereto. The driving part (10) is provided with a hydraulically extractable supporting element (14) and a guide rail (16) along which a guiding mechanism (17) of the ratchet head (11) can be displaced and fixed such that the ratchet head (11) can be adjusted to different axial positions relative to the driving part (10), whereby it is ensured that the polygonal opening (20) of the output shaft (19) can be fully placed on the screw head that is to be rotated even when the surroundings of the screw head interfere with positioning the driving part (10).
