Abstract

The present invention relates to a nursing bottle fixing device. The nursing bottle fixing device includes a nursing bottle engaging part adapted to fix a nursing bottle with a certain elastic force; a stand flexible part fixed to a lower side of the nursing bottle engaging part; and a flexible part fixing part fixed to a lower side of the stand flexible part, wherein the flexible part is opened in a channel shape in a screw hole in upper and lower sides and an inner center portion, and a fixing groove is formed for being fixed to a frame of a safety or a baby carriage, and a fixing rubber is fixed to the upper and lower sides of the fixing groove, and a T shaped engaging groove is formed for thereby being engaged with a support plate in a lower side.

Description

NURSING BOTTLE FIXING APPARATUS Technical Field The present invention relates to a device for fixing a nursing bottle, and in particular to a device for fixing a nursing bottle in which a baby can drink milk by holding a nursing bottle by himself when a baby feels hungry in a state that a baby lies in a safety chair or a baby carriage.

Generally, when a baby who lies in a safety chair or a baby carriage feels hungry, a baby caring person must help the baby to drink milk using a nursing bottle. In addition, the baby separates a nursing bottle when the baby finishes drinking the milk by a desired amount. At this time, the baby caring person must receive the nursing bottle so that the milk is not poured from the nursing bottle. In addition, even when the baby sleeps, while drinking the milk, the nursing bottle must be separated, and then must be stored. A baby's mother must be holding the nursing bottle beside the baby for a long time. In this case, the mother feels pain in her arm. Sometime, the mother helps the baby to drink the milk, placing certain cloth or blanket on a baby's chest. However, in the above state, the mother should continuously check while the baby drinks miE . Conventionally, at this time, in the case of the safety chair, the mother can do another work, placing the safety chair at a certain distance. However, in this case, when the baby needs milk, it is impossible to instantly help the baby. Even though, the baby takes the milk using the nursing bottle, the mother should help the baby when the baby finishes drinking the milk. Otherwise, the nursing bottle may be dropped down, and the milk may be poured from the nursing bottle.
Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a device for fixing a nursing bottle that is capable of helping a baby to drink milk, holding a nursing bottle by himself using a nursing bottle fixing device.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a device for fixing a nursing bottle that is capable of preventing any inconvenience of patent in such a manner that a baby in a safety chair or a baby carriage can drink milk by himself without a parent's help in such a manner that a nursing bottle is fixed to a baby carriage or a safety chair.
It is further another object of the present invention to provide a device for fixing a nursing bottle in which a baby can drink milk, holding a nursing bottle, by himself in such a manner that a supporting plate is engaged to a nursing bottle fixing device. It is still further another object of the present invention to provide a device for fixing a nursing bottle in which a baby can grow well by providing a nursing bottle holding motive so that a baby holds a nursing bottle.
To achieve the above objects, in a nursing bottle fixing device, there is provided an improved nursing bottle fixing device, comprising a nursing bottle engaging part adapted to fix a nursing bottle with a certain elastic force; a stand flexible part fixed to a lower side of the nursing bottle engaging part; and a flexible part fixing part fixed to a lower side of the stand flexible part, wherein the flexible part fixing part is opened in a channel shape in a screw hole in upper and lower sides and an inner center portion, and a fixing groove is formed for being fixed to a frame of a safety chair or a baby carriage, and a fixing rubber is fixed to the upper and lower sides of the fixing groove, and a T shaped engaging groove is formed for thereby being engaged with a support plate in a lower side.

reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in Figurej in the present invention, there is provided a nursing bottle engaging part 20 adapted to fix a baby nursing bottle 10 with a certain elastic force so that a baby can drink milk, holding a nursing bottle, without a parent's help in such a manner that a nursing bottle fixing device is fixed to a safety chair or a baby carriage or a support plate. In addition, a stand flexible part 30 fixed to a lower side of the nursing bottle engaging part 20. A flexible part fixing part 40 is fixed with a lower side of the stand flexible part 30. A support plate 50 is adapted to engage the nursing bottle part 40 in a stand type. The nursing bottle engaging part 20 is formed in a cylindrical shape and has an opened upper side having a fixing rubber 22 in an inner side for engaging a nursing bottle 10 at a center portion of the same. A nipper 21 is installed at both sides wherein an external force is applied to outer surfaces in a downward direction.
The nursing bottle engaging part 20 may be transformed within a certain elastic degree and is formed in a cylindrical shape with a synthetic resin material for thereby fixing a nursing bottle.
In the nursing bottle 20, when it is pressed in an inward direction, holding the nipper 21 so that the cylindrical nursing bottle engaging part 20 is widened in both directions. In this state, the nursing bottle 10 is inserted into the center of the same. When the nipper 21 is released, the nursing bottle 10 is surrounded and fixed by a recovering elastic force of the fixing rubber 22.
The stand flexible part 30 is fixed to a lower side of the nursing bottle engaging part 20 in an axial direction and operates as a height adjusting member and includes an elastic member having a certain elastic force, so that it may be flexible in a certain direction. The flexible fixing part 40 fixed to a lower side of the stand flexible part 30 has a screw hole 41 in the upper and lower sides and is opened in a channel shape in one side of the inner center and includes a fixing groove 42 fixed to a lateral frame of the safety chair or the baby carriage. In addition, there is provided a T-shaped engaging groove 43 so that a fixing rubber 44 is fixed to the upper and lower sides of the fixing groove 42, and a lower side is engaged with the support plate 50.
There is further provided a clip in an upper and lower side of the flexible part fixing part 50 in such a manner that it is protruded from one side. As shown in Figure 4, in the support plate 50, a T shaped fixing piece 51 is formed in the upper center portion in a rectangular shape and is inserted into a T shaped engaging groove 43 formed in a lower side of the flexible fixing member 40, so that the nursing bottle fixing device is fixed in a stand type, whereby the baby lying in a certain place can drink the milk of the nursing bottle 10 by himself using the nursing bottle fixing device according to the present invention.
As shown in Figure 2, in the nursing bottle according to another embodiment of the present invention, the nursing bottle engaging part 60 is a cylindrical shape and has a fixing rubber 64 in the inner side for thereby engaging the nursing bottle 10 at the center portion. A thread 61 is formed in the outer side of the protrusion part 62 of which an upper side is cut away and is upwardly protruded. A tightening screw 63 is installed in the thread 61 of the protrusion part 62. The stand flexible part 30 and the flexible part fixing part 40 installed in the lower side of the nursing bottle engaging part 60 are the same as the first embodiment of the present invention.
In the nursing bottle engaging part 60, when the tightening screw 63 installed in the protrusion part 62 is loosened in the upward direction, the cylindrical shape is increased. In addition, when the tightening screw is tightened in the lower direction after the nursing bottle 10 is inserted, the cylindrical space part is decreased, and the fixing rubber 64 surrounds the nursing bottle, and the nursing bottle is fixed.
In further another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Figure 3, the nursing bottle fixing device according to the present invention is formed in a cylindrical shape having a fixing rubber 71 in the inner side for thereby engaging the nursing bottle 10 in the center of the same, wherein an upper side of the same is cut away, and one end of the same surrounds the inner side, and the other end of the same surrounds the outer side of the same. Here, the stand flexible part 30 and the flexible part fixing part 40 installed in the lower side of the nursing bottle engaging part 70 are the same as the first embodiment.
In the nursing bottle 70, the one and other ends of the same are widened in both direction for engaging the nursing bottle 10, and the nursing bottle 10 is inserted into the center portion. Therefore, the nursing bottle 10 is surrounded by the fixing rubber 71 and the recovering elastic force.
As shown in Figures 1 and 5, in order to engage the nursing bottle fixing device onto one side frame 80 of the baby carriage, it is inserted into the frame of the baby carriage using the channel shaped fixing groove 42 of the flexible fixing part 40. Thereafter, the fixing screw 45 is tightened using the screw hole 41 formed in the upper and lower sides of the flexible fixing part 40, so that the flexible fixing part 40 of the nursing fixing device is fixed to the frame 80 of the baby carriage. Thereafter, when holding and inwardly pressing the clip 21 for engaging the nursing bottle 10 to the nursing bottle engaging part 20, the cylindrical nursing bottle engaging part 20 is widened in both directions, and the nursing bottle 10 is inserted into the center, and then the clip 21 is released. Therefore, the nursing bottle 10 is surrounded by the fixing rubber 22 and the recovering elastic force.
In the above state, in a state that a baby lies in the baby carriage, when the nursing bottle 10 is pulled, the stand flexible part is bent in the pulling direction because the stand flexible part 30 is fixed to the lower side of the nursing bottle engaging part 20 in the axial direction by a height adjusting part, so that the baby can drink milk by himself.
Figure 6 is a view that the nursing bottle is installed in the safety chair. When the baby sit in the safety chair pulls the nursing bottle 10, the stand flexible part 30 is fixed to the lower side of the nursing bottle engaging part 20 in the axial direction, so that it is bent in the pulling direction, whereby the baby can drink by himself. In the nursing bottle fixing device, since the stand flexible part 30 is installed at the intermediate portion, the baby can drink in such a manner that the nursing bottle is rotatable in the forward and backward directions.
When the baby finishes drinking the milk or drinks the milk by a desired amount, since the nursing bottle is fixed by the nursing bottle engaging part, even though the nursing bottle is rolled down or is dropped in the inverted shape, the milk is not leaked from the nursing bottle. In the present invention, the baby can naturally grow, pushing and pulling the nursing bottle.
Industrial Applicability
In the present invention, when the baby drinks milk using the nursing bottle fixing device, there is not danger that the nursing bottle is fall down for thereby hurting the baby. In addition, the present invention is well adapted even in a state that the baby lies on the floor or in a cradle or in the baby carriage. In addition, the nursing bottle is stably fixed by the clip when the baby drinks all of the milk or drinks by a desired amount. Therefore, the nursing bottle is not fall down or rolls down in the inverted state, so that the milk is not poured from the nursing bottle. The baby can naturally push or pull the nursing bottle, helping the baby's growth. As the present invention may be embodied in several forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof, it should also be understood that the above-described examples are not limited by any of the details of the foregoing description, unless otherwise specified, but rather should be construed broadly within its spirit and scope as defined in the appended claims, and therefore all changes and modifications that fall within the meets and bounds of the claims, or equivalences of such meets and bounds are therefore intended to be embraced by the appended claims.

Claims

Claims: 1. In a nursing bottle fixing device, an improved nursing bottle fixing device, comprising: a nursing bottle engaging part adapted to fix a nursing bottle with a certain elastic force; a stand flexible part fixed to a lower side of the nursing bottle engaging part; and a flexible part fixing part fixed to a lower side of the stand flexible part, wherein the flexible part fixing part is opened in a channel shape in a screw hole in upper and lower sides and an inner center portion, and a fixing groove is formed for being fixed to a frame of a safety chair or a baby carriage, and a fixing rubber is fixed to the upper and lower sides of the fixing groove, and a T shaped engaging groove is formed for thereby being engaged with a support plate in a lower side.
2. The device of claim 1, wherein said nursing bottle engaging part is formed in a cylindrical shape and has an opened upper side wherein a fixing rubber is installed in an inner side for thereby engaging a nursing bottle in the center, and a clip is formed at both sides wherein an external force is applied to an outer surface in a lower direction.
3. The device of claim 1, wherein said nursing bottle engaging part is formed in a cylindrical shape and has a cut-away upper side wherein a fixing rubber is installed in an inner side for thereby engaging a nursing bottle in the center, and a thread is formed in an outer side of a protrusion protruded in an upper direction, and a tightening screw is installed in the thread of the protrusion.
4. The device of claim 1, wherein said nursing bottle engaging part is formed in a cylindrical shape and a cut-away upper side wherein a fixing rubber is installed in an inner side for thereby engaging a nursing bottle in the center, and one end of the same is adapted to surround an inner side, and the other end of the same is adapted to surround an outer side.
5. The device of claim 1, wherein said stand flexible part is fixed to a lower side of the nursing bottle engaging part in an axial direction and operates as a height adjusting part and includes an elastic member having a certain elastic force so that it can be easily bent in a certain direction.
6. The device of claim 1, wherein said support plate is formed in a rectangular shape and forms a T shaped fixing piece and is inserted into a T shaped engaging groove formed in a lower side of the flexible part fixing part, so that the nursing bottle fixing device is fixed in a stand type.
7. The device of claim 1, further providing a clip protruded from one side of the upper and lower sides of the flexible part fixing part.
