Abstract

La présente invention a trait à une unité de budgétisation totale de télécommunications qui contrôle, limite, et bloque, la durée totale et/ou le coût total de tous les appels interurbains sortants, des éléments d'appels à la demande, et tous les écarts, taxes et tous frais supplémentaires d'appels interurbains imposés par un fournisseur de service téléphonique ; effectués à partir d'un numéro téléphonique particulier qui permet l'allocation de temps et/ou des limitations monétaires par un utilisateur final à une pluralité d'utilisateurs finals. Le modem au sein de l'unité permet le téléchargement rapide de tous les frais de service vers la base de données du système.
