Description

SIPHON-PIED ET PIED REGLABLE ADHESIFSIPHON-FOOT AND ADHESIVE ADJUSTABLE FOOT
Le système SIPHON-PIED ( Fig 1 ) + PIED REGLABLE-ADHESIFThe shower trays or trays (in stoneware, porcelain or acrylic) are in most cases fixed to the ground by various masonry processes (bricks, concrete blocks, etc.) which require cement, plaster or other binder and a lot of work time . The SIPHON-FOOT system (Fig 1) + ADJUSTABLE-ADHESIVE FOOT
Il comporte deux éléments distincts :(Fig 5) eliminates all the disadvantages of the old methods. It has two distinct elements:
-Trois PIEDS REGLABLE-ADHESIF (fig 5 )qui supportent le reste du receveur ou bac à douche.-The SIPHON-FOOT (fig 1) which supports part of the load and also serves to evacuate the water which falls into the receiver or shower tray. -Three ADJUSTABLE-ADHESIVE FEET (fig 5) which support the rest of the shower tray or tray.
Voir figure (2).AI The SIPHON-PIED (fig 1) is a device which is installed on both sides of the drain hole of the shower tray or shower tray .11 is composed of a base (1) which rests on the ground. The lower part of the base (l) is grainy to limit the sliding of the assembly. A cylindrical body (2) is glued to the base (l) in a sealed manner and serves as a support, by means of a seal (3), to the receiver or shower tray. The shower tray is fixed to the body (2) by the threaded ring (4) which tightens the seal (3) between the shower tray or shower tray and the body (2). A set comprising the grid (8) fixed to the dip tube (5) using the threaded rod (6) and the nut (7) completes the previous device (base (1) + body (2) + seal (3) + threaded ring (4)) and forms a siphon. Indeed, once water has been poured into the receiver or shower tray, a reserve of water will be created in the lower part of the body (2). The dip tube (5) will then be partially submerged in the water, and will therefore prevent the rise of odors that come from the water evacuation piping system. The grid (8fig 3) + dip tube (5fig 3) assembly can be removed manually (without tools) to clean the body (2fig 1). The body (2) comprises in the upper part (under the shower tray or shower tray) a cylindrical piping in which is fixed by gluing an evacuation tube (9) which is connected to the network of everything in the sewer. The tube (9) could be fixed to the body (2), in the case of another mounting version, by a threading system on the body (2), a nut (lθ) and a seal (11). See figure (2).
THE ADJUSTABLE-ADHESIVE FOOT (fig 5) is a device which is installed under the shower tray or shower tray (square or rectangular), at three other angles, the first being occupied by the SIPHON-FOOT (fig 1). THE REGLALE-ADHESIVE FOOT is composed of a base (1) of large diameter, grainy at its lower part (to limit the sliding of the assembly) around which reinforcing fins are arranged. A nut (2) comprising a series of notches in relief in its lower part, is positioned in the body (l) with a functional clearance allowing it to rotate freely in the body (l), when the nut (2) is raised by a height greater than the size of the notches in relief. (fig 7) Indeed, by gravity, each notch of the nut (2) is housed between two fins of the body (1). These fins are arranged vertically and regularly spaced around the body (2). the nut (2). (fig 6)
Cela laisse ainsi la place à un dispositif permanent de nettoyage disposé dans le tubeA screw (3) on which a piece (4) of adhesive foam (double-sided) is glued, is screwed into the nut (2fig 5) .The upper part of the piece (4) which is glued, will be fitted with a silicone paper protector to protect the adhesive material during handling. The shower tray or shower tray fitted with a SIPHON-FOOT (fig l), at an angle, is placed on 3 ADJUSTABLE ADHESIVE FEET (fig 5) placed on the floor at the other three angles (under the shower tray. See fig 8), after removing the protective paper from the piece's adhesive (4 fig 5). The receiver or shower tray assembly is then secured to the three ADJUSTABLE-ADHESIVE FEET (fig 5) by gluing. The screw (3.fig 5) fixed to the receiver or shower tray by the adhesive of the part (4.fig 5) can go up or down, as needed, by turning the nut (2 .fig5). after having slightly moved aside (by raising the shower tray or the shower tray) the base of the nut (2 fig 5) so that the raised notches no longer prevent the rotation of the nut (2 fig 5). See fig 6 and fig 7. C / Second variant of SIPHON-PIED (fig 9) In this second version, the cylindrical body (2) and the base (1) of fig (1/8) are replaced by 2 pieces different which have the same functions - Base (1) and cover (2) fig (9) welded together. In addition the dip tube (5 fig 3/8) is replaced by an extension of material from the upper part of the cover (2 fig 9), the grid (8 fig 9) is held using claws (9 fig 9 ) on the threaded ring (4 fig 9). This thus leaves room for a permanent cleaning device placed in the tube

The lower part of the cover (2 fig 9) has a cylinder or dip tube which forms a siphon with the base (1 fig 9). The bottom of the rod (1 fig 11) will rest on the bottom of the base (1 fig 10). The cylinder formed by the bristles of the brush will correspond to the diameter of the cylinder of the dip tube of the cover (2 fig 10). When the permanent cleaning device (1 fig 10) is placed in the cylinder of the dip tube (2 fig 10), it will form a filter. The dirty water which will pass through the grid (8 fig10) will continue its course by gravity between the bristles of the brush (1 fig 10) and then through the siphon formed by the dip tube S (2 fig 10) and the base ( 1 figlO). The solid waste entrained by water, when using the shower tray (bristles, sand, soaps,) will be retained by the bristles of the brush.
To clean the SIPHON-FOOT, simply remove the grid (8 fig 10) and remove the permanent cleaning device (1 figlO) by its gripping ring 4.0. After removing the waste trapped by the bristles of the brush, a replacing the permanent cleaning device allows the SYPHON -PIED to be operational again after replacing the grid (8 fig 10).
