Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de fixation (10) à utiliser comme système d'ancrage sur un site d'os, qui comprend une tige (11) présentant un diamètre central et qui présente une première extrémité (12) et une seconde extrémité (13), un filetage externe (14) situé sur la tige (11), entre la première (12) et la seconde extrémité (13), une douille (19) située dans la tige (11), ainsi qu'une ouverture conçue pour recevoir au moins un fil de suture qui s'étend transversalement d'une première ouverture située sur l'extérieur de la tige (11), traversant la douille, jusqu'à une seconde ouverture située sur le côté opposé de la tige. La présente invention concerne également un instrument d'insertion (20) à utiliser avec ledit dispositif de fixation.
