本发明公开了一种带尾孔空心加压螺钉,包括:螺钉本体,所述螺钉本体从上到下依次包括:钉帽、钉体和钉尖;所述螺钉本体上沿轴心线设有通孔;所述螺钉本体上端设有孔槽;所述孔槽下端与通孔相通;所述钉体下部外壁以及钉尖外壁设置有螺纹;所述钉尖外壁的螺纹上设有自攻槽;所述钉帽的外壁上设有穿线孔,所述穿线孔中部穿过孔槽;所述穿线孔的进口和出口均在钉帽外壁上;所述穿线孔的进口和出口的上端均竖直设置有线槽;所述线槽上端与钉帽上端面连通,下端与穿线孔连通。通过上述方式,本发明结构简单,能够对韧带肌腱止点修复,提高术后韧带强度。

一种带尾孔空心加压螺钉
技术领域
本发明涉及一种空心加压螺钉的改进,特别是一种结构简单,能够对韧带肌腱止点修复,提高术后韧带强度的带尾孔空心加压螺钉。
背景技术
现在通用的空心加压螺钉,包括钉帽、钉体、钉尖,沿其轴心线开有通孔,其针尖是自攻针尖。骨折复位后用克氏针固定、沿克氏针用空心加压螺钉固定。螺钉对骨折有加压作用,常常用于肌腱韧带止点部位撕脱骨折,骨折复位内固定时常常需要对软组织进行剥离,骨折复位内固定术后,对韧带肌腱止点常常无法修复,或者与残存组织缝合,术后韧带强度明显下降。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单,能够对韧带肌腱止点修复,提高术后韧带强度的带尾孔空心加压螺钉。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种带尾孔空心加压螺钉,包括:螺钉本体,所述螺钉本体从上到下依次包括:钉帽、钉体和钉尖;所述螺钉本体上沿轴心线设有通孔;所述螺钉本体上端设有孔槽;所述孔槽下端与通孔相通;所述钉体下部外壁以及钉尖外壁设置有螺纹;所述钉尖外壁的螺纹上设有自攻槽;所述钉帽的外壁上设有穿线孔,所述穿线孔中部穿过孔槽;所述穿线孔的进口和出口均在钉帽外壁上;所述穿线孔的进口和出口的上端均竖直设置有线槽;所述线槽上端与钉帽上端面连通,下端与穿线孔连通。
优选的,所述孔槽呈内六角型。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述的一种带尾孔空心加压螺钉;结构简单,能够对韧带肌腱止点修复,提高术后韧带强度。

一种带尾孔空心加压螺钉,包括:螺钉本体1,所述螺钉本体1从上到下依次包括:钉帽2、钉体3和钉尖4;所述螺钉本体1上沿轴心线设有通孔5;所述螺钉本体1上端设有孔槽6;所述孔槽6呈内六角型;所述孔槽6下端与通孔5相通;所述钉体3下部外壁以及钉尖外壁设置有螺纹7;所述钉尖4外壁的螺纹7上设有自攻槽8;所述自攻槽8可以有效的分散应力,防止骨屑下落;所述钉帽2的外壁上设有穿线孔9,所述穿线孔9中部穿过孔槽6;所述穿线孔9的进口和出口均在钉帽2外壁上;所述穿线孔9的进口和出口的上端均竖直设置有线槽10;所述线槽10上端与钉帽2上端面连通,下端与穿线孔9连通。
手术时,将螺钉本体1固定在骨头上,将缝线从穿线孔9的进口穿入,经过孔槽6后,再从穿线孔9的出口穿出;同时,将缝线的两端分别嵌入与穿线孔6的进口和穿线孔6的出口相连通的线槽10中,再将缝线的两端穿过肌腱韧带,并且在肌腱韧带的上端进行打结;用于缝合固定肌腱韧带,重建肌腱韧带止点。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述的一种带尾孔空心加压螺钉;结构简单,能够对韧带肌腱止点修复,提高术后韧带强度。

1.一种带尾孔空心加压螺钉,包括:螺钉本体,所述螺钉本体从上到下依次包括:钉帽、钉体和钉尖;所述螺钉本体上沿轴心线设有通孔;其特征在于:所述螺钉本体上端设有孔槽;所述孔槽下端与通孔相通;所述钉体下部外壁以及钉尖外壁设置有螺纹;所述钉尖外壁的螺纹上设有自攻槽;所述钉帽的外壁上设有穿线孔,所述穿线孔中部穿过孔槽;所述穿线孔的进口和出口均在钉帽外壁上;所述穿线孔的进口和出口的上端均竖直设置有线槽;所述线槽上端与钉帽上端面连通,下端与穿线孔连通。
