Abstract
本发明公开了一种张力空心螺钉,包括:螺帽和螺杆,螺杆轴线方向设有通孔;所述螺帽固定在螺杆一端,螺杆另一端设有外螺纹;所述螺帽中心开有与螺杆通孔相通的中心孔,螺帽上围绕中心孔分布有若干对张力孔,每对张力孔的两个孔之间相通。通过上述方式,本发明既能达到骨折加压固定与张力固定于一体,又能牢固修复周围损伤的韧带、关节囊,尤其是骨折加压固定与张力固定或韧带、关节囊修复固定于一体,使手术操作更加简便容易,疗效更加可靠。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及骨折手术医疗器械领域,特别是涉及一种简单、实用的张力空心螺钉。
背景技术
空心螺钉是骨科围关节手术常用内固定材料,但现有空心钉只有固定骨折的作用,如骨折块螺钉固定不牢,常需要对骨折进行张力带式固定,而传统的手术是通过螺钉帽下予以张力固定,这样会增加张力钢丝或其他张力材料滑脱的风险,从而导致手术失败;再次对关节周围的韧带、关节囊损伤的修复,常需要牢固缝合固定,传统的方法大多另外应用铆钉或其他固定材料,这样会增加医疗费用。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是针对围关节骨折时应用传统空心螺钉不能达到有效、良好固定,需要张力带固定的围关节骨折以及关节周围韧带、关节囊固定修复,提供一种张力空心螺钉,既能达到围关节骨折固定,又能应用张力带,使骨折固定更加牢固且不易滑脱,同时予以关节周围韧带、关节囊牢固修复,增加手术疗效。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种张力空心螺钉,包括:螺帽和螺杆,螺杆轴线方向设有通孔;所述螺帽固定在螺杆一端,螺杆另一端设有外螺纹;所述螺帽中心开有与螺杆通孔相通的中心孔,螺帽上围绕中心孔分布有若干对张力孔,每对张力孔的两个孔之间相通。
优选的,所述张力孔有四对,四对张力孔均匀分布在中心孔外围的螺帽上。
优选的,所述螺帽的中心孔为正六边形孔。
优选的,所述螺帽的中心孔内开有内螺纹。
优选的,所述螺帽与外螺纹间隔开,且螺帽与外螺纹之间的螺杆为一段空心轴。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明既能达到骨折加压固定与张力固定于一体,又能牢固修复周围损伤的韧带、关节囊,尤其是骨折加压固定与张力固定或韧带、关节囊修复固定于一体,使手术操作更加简便容易,疗效更加可靠。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。

一种张力空心螺钉,包括:螺帽2和螺杆1,螺杆1轴线方向设有通孔;所述螺帽2固定在螺杆1一端,螺杆1另一端设有外螺纹,所述螺帽2与外螺纹间隔开,且螺帽2与外螺纹之间的螺杆为一段空心轴;所述螺帽2中心开有与螺杆通孔相通的中心孔4,螺帽2上围绕中心孔4分布有四对张力孔3,四对张力孔3均匀分布在中心孔4外围的螺帽上,每对张力孔3的两个孔之间相通。所述螺帽2的中心孔4为正六边形孔或者在螺帽的中心孔内开内螺纹,方便使用。螺帽带有张力孔,其张力孔内可穿入张力固定材料或修复固定缝合韧带、关节囊的材料,予以骨折张力带固定或韧带、关节囊修复与空心螺钉加压固定于一体,使骨折固定或周围关节囊、韧带修复更加牢固。
本发明一种简单、实用的张力空心螺钉,既能达到骨折加压固定与张力固定于一体,又能牢固修复周围损伤的韧带、关节囊,尤其是骨折加压固定与张力固定或韧带、关节囊修复固定于一体,使手术操作更加简便容易,疗效更加可靠。

1.一种张力空心螺钉,其特征在于,包括:螺帽和螺杆,螺杆轴线方向设有通孔;所述螺帽固定在螺杆一端,螺杆另一端设有外螺纹;所述螺帽中心开有与螺杆通孔相通的中心孔,螺帽上围绕中心孔分布有若干对张力孔,每对张力孔的两个孔之间相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种张力空心螺钉,其特征在于:所述张力孔有四对,四对张力孔均匀分布在中心孔外围的螺帽上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种张力空心螺钉,其特征在于:所述螺帽的中心孔为正六边形孔。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种张力空心螺钉,其特征在于:所述螺帽的中心孔内开有内螺纹。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的一种张力空心螺钉,其特征在于:所述螺帽与外螺纹间隔开,且螺帽与外螺纹之间的螺杆为一段空心轴。
