Abstract
L'invention concerne une soupape de commande pour injecteurs, en particulier pour injecteurs à rampe commune de moteurs à combustion interne. Cette soupape de commande sert d'unité de dosage d'un liquide haute pression, en particulier de carburant, et est montée dans un corps d'injecteur présentant une arrivée de liquide haute pression. Cette soupape présente un corps (10), qui forme un siège de soupape (12), notamment un siège de soupape magnétique. Le corps de soupape (10) présente un évidement axial (13) recevant un piston de soupape de commande (14) et raccordé hydrauliquement au siège de soupape (12) par un orifice de raccordement (16) pour former un étranglement d'évacuation (17). Une chambre de commande (15) est formée à l'extrémité (19) (supérieure), côté orifice de commande, de l'évidement axial. Un étranglement d'arrivée (18), raccordé hydrauliquement à l'arrivée de liquide haute pression, débouche latéralement dans la chambre de commande (15). Le piston de soupape de commande (14) coopère hydrauliquement, à son extrémité (20) (supérieure), côté étranglement d'évacuation, avec l'orifice de raccordement (16). L'invention est caractérisée en ce que l'extrémité (20) (supérieure), côté étranglement d'évacuation, du piston de soupape de commande (14) n'est pas plane côté face, de sorte qu'elle tend de manière symétrique vers un point maximal (M) situé sur l'axe central (22) du piston de soupape de commande (14).
