Since beginning of the man there's need for the special way how to market certain products. From year to year business people wish to present certain product or service at the best and newest way. The moving board is new idea how to present marketing product directly to people (directly to their sights).
TECHNOLOGY STATUS
Marketing agencies for the presentations of their clients use numbered solutions for this problem. In all known cases, lighted display is permanently anchored in the ground and it uses city electricity for the light source. During this way of advertising potential costumer's doesn't have opportunity of seeing certain add from different angles, never the less walking close to moving board.
THE PATENT OVERVffiW
Primary goal of moving illuminated billboard (MOVING BOARD) in the first place is to increase efficiency of advertising. Next goal is to show unefficiency other ways of advertising at this field. Additional goals and advantages we'll shown partially in following text and partially through the application of patent.
Moving board is example of illuminated billboard that uses a 12V voltage in distinction of other billboards that uses 220V voltage. Billboard dimensions are variable depending of client needs. Concerning shapes we have technical solutions for square, rectangle and triangle and also the shapes of ellipse and circle. In third dimension we have cube, square, triangles, ellipses and ball. Moving illuminated billboard is supposed to be on the carrier back and it is attached to carrier back with a belt (something like school bags, rucksacks and other tools that relieve carrying of a cargo) and with supplement for belt which is tide up around the man hips that relieve billboard carrying. Moving illuminated billboard is made of two transparent boards; the one that's on carrier back is all transparent or only from the shoulders through the head and higher. The other board is all transparent. On the both inner side of moving illuminated billboard we put printed paper of folium or any other material which is used for printing, depending of the client needs. Between boards and printed ads there are 1 to 6 neon, halogen or white lamps, which are fixed in different positions depending of our intension to increase or decrease lightening of particular add. Lightening system doesn't use 220V voltage but uses the batteries of 6, 12 or 24 V voltage. Moving illuminated billboard contains two batteries which supplies electric bulbs. It also may be recharged with a help of particular connectors. Moving illuminated billboard
also has switches that are used for particular flashy effects, switching off and switching on the lights.
It is made from aluminum, plastic, plexy-glass, rubber, cloth and other elements like batteries, connectors, switches, electric bulbs, wires....

DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF REALIZATION OF THIS INVENTION
Now you will be informed about details of invention, which is shown in exhibits.
As it's shown in exhibits 1 and 2, moving illuminated billboard consist of main frame 1, which include lower board 2, side pieces 3 and transversal carrier. Transversal carriers are used for fixing electric bulbs 7, and at the same time stabilization of whole construction. Since, moving illuminated billboard is being carried on the back; intention was that weight of construction is reduced on minimum. So suggestion was that it is made of aluminum or plastic profile. Joining the peaces together it could be made by gluing, welding or with screw connections. Upper board is connected with frame 1 with screws 6 and it has to be easily separated from frame. This way make possible to pull out and put in board easily 7, 8 and 9. Side pieces 3, look exhibit 5, on the inner side are made with grooves in witch are inserted panels 7, 8 and 9 on that same way it is firmed and positioned. In case of changing commercials or in a case that electric bulbs have to be changed 11, or batteries 12 it is possible easy to take out the boards 7 and 8 from frames; on that way it is possible to approach in inner side of moving illuminated billboard. First you have to unscrew 6, on that
way you separate upper board 4 from the frame, and than pull out the boards from the frame on the side peaces 3. Front panel 7 is made of transparent plastic. In case of self-sticker commercial front panel could be made in one layer, while in case of no self-sticker commercials panel could be made in two layers. In that case commercial is between those two layers. Bottom part of backside is non-transparent; panel 9 could be made from plastic or metal. Upper part of back panel is transparent, back panel 8; it is for the same use as the front panel, for commercials of smaller dimensions. For connecting commercial on back panel 8 is same rule as it is on the front panel 7. The carrier provide simple wearing of moving board on the back of person who will be carrying. Carrier 10 are directly fixed to un-transparent board 9, which is back side of billboard, or they can be fixed to transversal carrier 5. As the moving board is in the same time illuminated billboard, inside in billboard there are the bulbs. One of possible variation of position and number of bulbs is shown at exhibits 1. As electricity source for illumination batteries are used. The battery is fixed on bottom panel in the middle for preventing inclination of whole construction while it is carrying and in the same time we prevent unsymmetrical burdening the parson who is carrying moving board. Voltage of batteries and bulbs can be between 6 till 24 volts. Charging the batteries is provided by switch at the flank side 3 what is shown at exhibits 4. The charger can be integrated in battery where in that case connector 14 is constructed like plug in for city electricity network of 220V/50Hz. An contrary solutions is if the charger is used like external component in which case connector 14 is constructed like standard charger plug in. Switch 13 placed at flank panel 3 is used for turning illumination on/off.
IMPLEMENTATION OF INVENTION
This is the way how great number of city population can see material of advertising. Marketing agency employees who are instructed for carrying moving board, wear them on their back's (like rucksacks) fixing billboard with belt around their hips and walk with moving board through the streets (defined paths) which are in advance regulated with client's. At this way is possible that target group walk, run, wait and even dance with moving board which is all the time in the sight.
