As shown in FIG. 2, a guide 300 is inserted in the spouting hole 205 of the spout 200 to insert the spout 200 into the spouting insertion space 105 with the unsealed portion 101 opened. In the course of the above, when the attaching portion 206 of the spout 200 contacts the spout stopper 206, the spout 200 is no more inserted. This is shown by a broken line in FIG. 2.
By pressing a portion of the pouch 100 which corresponds to the attaching portion 201 using a seal bar, the attaching portion 201 and the spout seal portion 111 are integrally attached to each other, thereby defining a seal portion 108
After attaching the spout 200 on the pouch body 100, the guide 300 can be selectively removed or remained in the pouch body 100. In a state shown in FIG. 3, the unsealed portion 101 is opened and content is filled in the pouch body 100. Then, the unsealed portion 101 is sealed. This state is shown in FIG. 4.
To use the content in the pouch container, the cutting cover 103 is removed by pulling with the finger inserted in the pulling hole 107. When pulling the cutting cover 103, the cutting line 104 is broken as shown in FIG. 5.
From the state shown in FIG. 6, the cap 203 is twisted to break the cutting portion 204, thereby being removed from the spout 200 to open the spouting portion 202 as shown in FIG. 7. When the content is beverage, it is preferable than a spouting guide is formed extending from the attaching portion 201.
To reserve the remained content, the removed cap 203 can be resealed on the spouting portion as shown in FIG. 9. FIGS. 10 through 12 show the spout.
