Abstract

おむつ１Ａは、前後胴周り域５，７間に延びる吸液性コア２と、コア２の上下面１１，１２を覆う透液性第１シート３と、不透液性第２シート４とから構成されている。おむつ１Ａでは、コア２の上下面１１，１２間を貫通して縦方向へ延びる裂開部１３が前胴周り域５と股下域６とに形成され、第１シート３の被覆上部１４がコア２の上面１１から裂開部１３をとおって裂開部１３の下方に露出するとともに、第１シート３の被覆下部１５がコア２の裂開部１３から下方へ延伸し、それら上下部１４，１５が裂開部１３を中心に横方向外方へ展開することで、裂開部１３の下方にペニス収納袋１６が画成されている。

Description

明 細 書 使い捨ておむつ 技術分野
本発明は、排泄物を吸収、保持する使い捨ておむつに関する。 背景技術
肌当接側に位置する透液性シ一ト と、 肌非当接側に位置する 不透液性シー ト と、 それらシートの間に介在する吸液性コアと から構成され、 縦方向に前胴周り域および後胴周り域と、 それ ら胴周り.域の間に位置する股下域とを備え、 透液性シー トの上 面に縦方向へ延びる一対のフ ラ ッ プ部材が取り付けられた使い 捨ておむつがある （特開平 6 - 1 7 8 7 8 8号公報参照）。 フ ラ ップ部材は、 コア上に位置して透液性シートに固着された固定 側部と、透液性シートに非固着の自由部とを有する。自由部は、 固定側部からおむつの横方向内方へ向かって延びている。
特開平 6 — 1 7 8 7 8 8号公報に開示のおむつでは、 フ ラ ッ プ部材の自由部どう しの間で着用者のペニスを保持することが できるように、 フラ ップ部材の固定側部どう しの間隔と固定側 部から自由部までの長さとが決められている。 特閧平 6 _ 1 7 8 7 8 8号公報には、 ペニスをフラ ップ部材の自由部どう しの 間で保持することで、ペニスをコア上に位置させることができ、 尿をコアに確実に吸収させることができるという効果が記載さ れている。
特開平 6 — 1 7 8 7 8 8号公報にはフ ラ ッ プ部材の材質につ いて特に記載はないが、 フラップ部材には一般的にプラスチッ クフ ィ ルムまたは繊維不織布等のシートが使用される。 フラヅ プ部材の材質がブラスチヅクフ ィ ルムまたは繊維不織布の場合 は 、 フラ ップ部材が軟弱で容易に変形するので 、 それらフラッ プ部材を利用してべニスをコア上に固定しておく ことが難しい。 特開平 6 — 1 7 8 7 8 8号公報に開示のおむつでは、 その着用 時にフラ ップ部材の自由部どう しの間にぺニスを納めたとして も 、 おむつの着用中に着用者の動作によってぺニスがそれら 白 由部の間から抜け出てしまう場合があり、 ぺ ―スをおむ の所 定の位置に確実に固定することはできない。
本発明の目的は、 ペニスを所定の位置に固定しておく とが でき、 ペニスが固定した位置からずれ動く ことがない使い捨て おむつを提供することにある。 発明の開示
前記課題を解決するための本発明の前提は、 縦方向に前胴周 り域および後胴周り域と、 それら胴周り域の間に位置する股下 域とを備え、 肌当接側に位置する上面および肌非当接側に位置 する下面を有して前記 後胴周り域間に延びる吸液性コアと、 前記コアの上面を覆う被覆上部および刖記コ アの下面を覆う被 覆下部を有する透液性第 1 シート と、 刖記第 1 シートの被覆下 部の外側に位置する不透液性第 2 シ一 hとから構成された使い 捨ておむつである。
前記前提における本発明の特徴は、 有 'J記コアが、 その上下面 間を厚み方向へ貫通して縦方向へ延びる裂開部を有し N 目 'J BS第
1 シートの被覆上部が 前記コアの上面から前記裂閧部をとお つて該裂開部の下方に S各出するとともに 、 前記裂閧部を中心に 前記コァと前記被覆下部との間で横方向外方へ展開することで 前記裂開部の下方に縦方向へ延びるペニス収納袋を画成してい ることにある。
本発明の実施態様の一例としては、 前記第 1 シー トの被覆下 部が、 前記コアの裂開部から下方へ延伸するとともに、 前記裂 閧部を中心に前記コァと前記第 2 シート との間で横方向外方へ 展開することで、 前記被覆上部と相互に前記ペニス収納袋を画 成している。
本発明の実施態様の他の一例として、 前記おむつでは、 前記 コアの下面と前記第 1 シートの被覆下部とが非固着であ り、 前 記被覆下部と前記第 2 シー ト とが前記コアの周縁部のみで固着 され、 前記ペニス収納袋が前記コアの裂開部の下方で遊動可能 である。
本発明の実施態様の他の一例としては、 不透液性第 3 シート が、 前記コアの裂開部を除いて前記第 1 シートの被覆上部の外 面を覆っている。
本発明の実施態様の他の一例としては、前記コアの裂閧部が、 前記前後胴周り域と前記股下域とのうちの少なく とも該前胴周 り域の横方向中央に形成されている。 図面の簡単な説明

図 1 , 2は、一例として示すおむつ 1 Aの部分破断斜視図と、 図 1の I I— I I線端面図とであ り、 図 3は、 図 1の I I I 一 I I I線矢視断面図である。 図 1では、 横方向を矢印 X、 縦方 向を矢印 Yで示し、 厚み方向を矢印 Zで示す。 なお、 第 1およ び第 2 シー ト 3 , 4や防漏シート 1 0の内面とは、 コア 2 に対 向する面をいい、 それらシー ト 3 , 4 , 1 0の外面とは、 コア 2 に非対向の面をいう。
おむつ 1 Aは、 吸液性コア 2 と、 コア 2 を包被する透液性第 1 シー ト 3 と、 第 1 シート 3の後記する被覆下部 1 5の外側に 位置する不透液性第 2 シート 4 とから構成されている。 おむつ 1 Aは、 縦方向に前胴周り域 5および後胴周り域 7 と、 それら 胴周り域 5 , 7の間に位置する股下域 6 とを有する。 おむつ 1 Aは、 その着用時に前後胴周り域 5 ， 7を連結するオープン型 のものである。
おむつ 1 Aは、 コア 2の両側部 2 a (周縁部） の外側に位置 して縦方向へ延びる一対のサイ ドフラップ 8 と、 コア 2の両端 部 2 b (周縁部） の外側に位置して横方向へ延びる一対のェン ドフラ ップ 9 とを有する。 股下域 6では、 サイ ドフラップ 8が おむつ 1 Aの横方向内方へ向かって弧を画いている。 おむつ 1 Aは、 その平面形状が実質的に砂時計型を呈する。 サイ卞フラ ップ 8 には、 縦方向へ延びる一対の不透液性防漏シー ト 1 0が 取り付けられている。
- コア 2は、 フラ ッ フパルプと高吸収性ポリマー粒子との混合 物、 または、 フラ ッ フパルプと高吸収性ポリマー粒子と熱可塑 性合成樹脂繊維との混合物であ り、 所定の厚みに圧縮されてい る。 ゆえに、 コア 2は、 その剛性が第 1 シー ト 3や第 2 シート 4、 防漏シート 1 0のそれよ り も高い。 コア 2は、 それの型崩 れゃポリマ一粒子の脱落を防止するため、 全体がティ ッシュべ —パーに包被されていることが好ましい。
コア 2は、 肌当接側に位置する上面 1 1 と、 肌非当接側に位 置する下面 1 2 とを有する。 コア 2 は、 前胴周り域 5 と後胴周 り域 7 との間に延びている。 コア 2 は、 その上下面 1 1 , 1 2 間を厚み方向へ貫通して縦方向へ延びる裂閧部 1 3を有する。 裂開部 1 3は、 横方向へ開閉可能である。 裂閧部 1 3は、 前胴 周り域 5 と股下域 6 の略前半分とに延び、 それら域 5， 6の横 方向中央に形成されている。'換言すれば、 裂開部 1 3は、 コア 2の略前半分であってその横方向中央部に形成されている。 第 1 シー ト 3は、 コア 2の上面 1 1全域を覆 被覆上部 1 4 と、 コア 2 の下面 1 2全域を覆う被覆下部 1 5 とを有する。 被 覆上部 1 4は、 コア 2の上面 1 1から裂開部 1 3 をとおって裂 開部 1 3の下方に一連に露出するとともに、 裂閧部 1 3 を中心 にコア 2 と被覆下部 1 5 との間で横方向外方へ展開している。 被覆下部 1 5は、 裂開部 1 3から下方へ一連に延伸する ととも に、 裂開部 1 3を中心にコア 2 と第 2 シー ト 4 との間で横方向 外方へ展開している。 第 1 シート 3では、 被覆上部 1 4 と被覆 下部 1 5 とが裂開部 1 3の下方にペニスを包被可能なペニス収 納袋 1 6 を画成している。 袋 1 6は、 その断面が末広がりの略 逆 Ω状を呈し、 裂開部 1 3 に沿って縦方向へ延びている （図 2 および図 3参照）。
被覆上部 1 4は、 その内面がコア 2の上面 1 1 に固着されて おらず、 コア 2 から遊離している。 被覆下部 1 5 は、 その内面 がコア 2の下面 1 2 に固着されておらず、 コア 2 から遊離して いる。 被覆下部 1 5 は、 その外面がコア 2の両側部 2 a (周縁 部） と両端部 2 b (周縁部） とにおいて第 2 シー ト 4の内面に 接着剤 Bを介して固着されている。 コア 2の両側部 2 a と両端 部 2 b とを除く残余の部位では、 被覆下部 1 5 が第 2 シー ト 4 に固着されておらず、 被覆下部 1 5 が第 2 シー ト 4から遊離し ている。 ペニス収納袋 1 6 は、 その底部が第 2 シー ト 4 に当接 しているが、 第 2 シー ト 4 に固着されておらず、 シー ト 4から 遊離している。 袋 1 6 は、 コア 2の裂開部 1 3の下方で遊動可 能である。 なお、 袋 1 6では、 それを形成する被覆上部 1 4 と 被覆下部 1 5 とが固着されていても よいし、 上部 1 4 と下部 1 5 とが固着されていなくてもよい。
防漏シー ト 1 0は、 エン ドフラ ップ 9 間に延びている。 防漏 シー ト 1 0は、 コア 2の両側部 2 aの外側に位置して縦方向へ 延びる固定側部 1 0 a と、 第 1 シー ト 3の被覆上部 1 4の上方 へ起立性向を有して縦方向へ延びる可動部 1 0 b と、 前後胴周 り域 5 , 7 に位置しておむつ 1 Aの横方向内方へ倒伏した固定 両端部 1 0 c とを有する。 可動部 1 O bの上方には、 縦方向へ 延びる伸縮性弾性部材 1 Ίが収縮可能に取り付けられている。 弾性部材 1 7 は、 可動部 1 0 bの一部に覆われた状態で、 可動 部 1 0 bに固着されている。
サイ ドフラ ッ プ 8 は、 コア 2 の側部 2 aから横方向外方へ延 びる第 2 シー ト 4の側部 4 a と防漏シー ト 1 0の固定側部 1 0 a とから形成されている。 サイ ドフラ ップ 8では、 第 2 シー ト 4の側部 4 a と防漏シー ト 1 0の固定側部 1 0 a とが重な り合 い、 側部 4 a , 1 0 aにおいてそれらシー ト 4 , 1 0の内面ど う しが固着されている。 サイ ドフラ ップ 8 には、 縦方向へ延び る複数条の脚周 り用弾性部材 1 8が収縮可能に取り付けられて いる。 脚周 り用弾性部材 1 8 は、 第 2 シー ト 4の側部 4 a と防 漏シー ト 1 0の固定側部 1 0 a との間に介在し、 それら シー ト 4， 1 0の内面に固着されている。
ェン ドフラ ップ 9 は、 コア 2の端部 2 bから縦方向外方へ延 びる第 1 シー ト 3の端部 3 b と第 2 シー ト 4の端部 4 b とから 形成されている。 エン ドフラ ップ 9 では、 第 1および第 2 シー ト 3 , 4の端部 3 b， 4 b どう しが重な り合い、 端部 3 b， 4 bにおいてそれらシー ト 3 , 4の内面どう しが固着されている。 エン ドフラ ップ 9では、 袋 1 6 を形成する第 1 シー ト 3の被覆 上部 1 4 と被覆下部 1 5 とが折り畳まれた状態で第 2 シー ト 4 の端部 4 bに固着されている。 防漏シー ト 1 0の固定両端部 1 0 cは、 第 1 シー ト 3の端部 3 b外面に固着されている。 ェン ドフラ ップ 9 には、 横方向へ延びる帯状の胴周 り用弾性部材 1 9 が収縮可能に取り付けられている。胴周 り用弾性部材 1 9 は、 第 1 シー ト 3の端部 3 b と第 2 シー ト 4の端部 4 b との間に介 在し、 それらシー ト 3 , 4の内面に固着されている。
後胴周 り域 7のサイ ドフラ ップ 8 には、 プラスチックフィル ムから形成された可撓性のテープフ ァスナ 2 0が取り付けられ ている。 テープファスナ 2 0 は、 横方向へ延びる固定端部 2 0 a と自由端部 2 O b とを有する。 固定端部 2 0 aは、 第 2 シ一 ト 4の側部 4 b と防漏シー ト 1 0の固定側部 1 0 b との間に介 在し、 それらシー ト 4 , 1 0の内面に固着されている。 自由端 部 2 0 bの内面には、 粘着剤 （図示せず） が塗布されている。 自由端部 2 0 bは、 横方向内方へ折曲された状態にあ り、 粘着 剤を介して防漏シー ト 1 0の側部 1 0 bに剥離可能に仮着され ている。 前胴周 り域 5 には、 テープファスナ 2 0の自由端部 2 0 bを着脱可能に止着する可撓性の夕ーゲッ トテープ 2 1 が取 り付けられている。 ターゲッ トテープ 2 1 は、 プラスチヅクフ イルムから形成され、 横方向へ長い矩形を呈する。 夕一ゲッ ト テープ 2 1 は、 第 2 シー ト 4の外面に固着されている。
図 4は、 ペニス P を袋 1 6 に収納した状態で示す図 2 と同様 の図である。 おむつ 1 Aを着用するには、 コア 4の閧裂部 1 3 を横方向外方へ広げ、 ペニス収納袋 1 6 にペニス Pを納める。 その後ヽ 後胴周 り域 7のサイ ドフラ ップ 8 を前胴周 り域 5 のサ ドフラ ヅプ 8の外側に重ね合わせ、 粘着剤を介してァ —プフ ァスナ 2 0の自由端部 2 O bを夕一ゲッ トテープ 2 1 に止着し、 m胴周 り域 5 と後胴周 り域 7 とを連結する 。 前後胴周 域 5 ，
7が連糸口されたおむつ 1 Aには、 胴周り開口とその下方に一対 の脚周 り開口とが形成される （図示せず）。
着用者のペニス pは、 第 1 シー ト 3の被覆上部 1 4 と被覆下 部 1 5 とが画成するぺニス収納袋 1 6 に納ま り 、 横方向外方へ 広げたコア 4の裂開部 1 3がその口を閉じる とによつて裂開 部 1 3 に挟まれる。 ぺニス Pは、 おむつ 1 Aの前胴周 り域 5 の 横方向中央に固定される。
おむつ 1 Aは、 コア 2 がシー ト 3 , 4， 1 0 よ り も高い剛性 を有する とともに、 シー ト 3 , 4 , 1 0 と比較して容易に変形 するこ とがないので、 コア 2の裂閧部 1 3 が不用意に口を開け るこ とはな く、 ペニス Pがコア 2の下面 1 2 と裂開部.1 3 とに 押さえ込まれる。 おむつ 1 Aは、 その着用中に着用者の動作が おむつ 1 Aに伝わったとしても、 袋 1 6 に納まったペニス Pが 袋 1 6から抜け出て しまう ことはない。
おむつ 1 Aの着用中に排泄された尿は、 袋 1 6 を透過してコ ァ 2の下面 1 2からコア 2 に吸収、保持される。おむつ 1 Aは、 袋 1 6の上方にコア 2が位置するので、 コア 2が尿に対する障 壁となり、 袋 1 6 に排泄された尿が第 1 シー ト 3の被覆上部 1 4に滲入することはない。
おむつ 1 Aは、 それが第 1 シー ト 3の被覆上部 1 4を内側に して縦方向へ湾曲する と、 弾性部材 1 7が収縮して防漏シー ト 1 0の可動部 1 O bが被覆上部 1 4の上方へ起立する。 おむつ 1 Aは、 その着用中に誤って尿が第 1 シー ト 3の被覆上部 1 4 の外面に排泄されたとしても、 起立した防漏シー ト 1 0の可動 部 1 0 bが尿に対する障壁を形成するので、 サイ ドフラ ップ 8 からの尿の横漏れを防ぐことができる。
図 5 , 6は、 他の一例として示すおむつ 1 Bの部分破断斜視 図と、 図 5の V I— V I線端面図とであり、 図 7は、 図 5の V I I— V I I線矢視断面図である。図 5では、横方向を矢印 X、 縦方向を矢印 Yで示し、 厚み方向を矢印 Zで示す。 なお、 第 3 シート 2 2の外面とは、 コア 2 に対向する面をいい、 第 3シ一 ト 2 2の内面とは、 コア 2 に非対向の面をいう。
おむつ 1 Bは、 吸液性コァ 2 と透液性第 1 シー ト 3および不 透液性第 2 シー ト 4 との他に、 不透液性第 3シー ト 2 2 を有す る。 おむつ 1 Bは、 前胴周り域 5および後胴周り域 7 と、 それ ら胴周り域 5 , 7の間に位置する股下域 6 とを備え、 縦方向へ 延びる一対のサイ ドフラップ 8 と、 横方向へ延びる一対のェン ドフラップ 9 とを有する。 サイ ドフラップ 8には、 縦方向へ延 びる不透液性防漏シー ト 1 0が取り付けられている。
コア 2は、図 1のそれと同一のものであり、前後胴周り域 5 , 7間に延びている。コア 2は、肌当接側に位置する上面 1 1 と、 肌非当接側に位置する下面 1 2 とを有する。 コア 2は、 その上 下面 1 1 , 1 2間を厚み方向へ貫通して縦方向へ延びる裂閧部 1 3 を有する。 裂開部 1 3は、 横方向へ開閉可能である。 裂開 部 1 3は、 前後胴周 り域 5 , 7間に延び、 それら域 5 , 6， 7 の横方向中央に形成されている。 換言すれば、 裂開部 1 3は、 コア 2の縦方向全長であってその横方向中央部に形成されてい る。
第 1 シー ト 3は、 コア 2の上面 1 1全域を覆う被覆上部 1 4 と、 コア 2 の下面 1 2全域を覆う被覆下部 1 5 とを有する。 被 覆上部 1 4は、 コア 2の上面から裂開部 1 3 をとおって裂開部 1 3の下方に一連に露出するとともに、 裂開部 1 3を中心にコ ァ 2 と被覆下部 1 5 との間で横方向へ展開している。 第 1 シー ト 3では、 被覆上部 1 4が裂開部 1 3の下方にペニスを包被可 能なペニス収納袋 1 6 を画成している。 袋 1 6は、 その断面が 末広がりの略逆 Ω状を呈し、 裂開部 1 3に沿って縦方向へ延び ている （図 6および図 7参照）。
第 3シー ト 2 2は、 コア 2の裂開部 1 3を除いて第 1 シー ト 3の被覆上部 1 4の外面全域を覆っている。第 3 シー ト 2 2は、 その内面が被覆上部 1 4の外面に固着されている。
被覆上部 1 4は、 その内面がコア 2の上面 1 1 に固着されて おらず、 コア 2から遊離している。 被覆下部 1 5は、 その内面 がコア 2の下面 1 2 に固着されておらず、 コア 2から遊離して いる。 被覆下部 1 5 は、 その外面がコア 2の両側部 2 a (周縁 部） と両端部 2 b (周縁部） とにおいて第 2 シー ト 4の内面に 接着剤 Bを介じて固着されている。 コア 2の両側部 2 aと両端 部 2 bとを除く残余の部位では、 被覆下部 1 5が第 2 シー ト 4 に固着されておらず、 被覆下部 1 5 が第 2 シー ト 4から遊離し ている。 ペニス収納袋 1 6は、 その底部が被覆下部 1 5 に当接 しているが、 被覆下部 1 5 に固着されておらず、 被覆下部 1 5 から遊離している。 袋 1 6は、 コア 2の裂開部 1 3の下方で遊 動可能である。
防漏シート 1 0は、 縦方向へ延びる固定側部 1 0 aと、 第 1 シー ト 3の被覆上部 1 4の上方へ起立性向を有する可動部 1 0 bと、 前後胴周り域 5 , 7に位置しておむつ 1 Bの横方向内方 へ倒伏した固定両端部 1 0 c とを有する。 可動部 1 O bの上方 には、 縦方向へ延びる伸縮性弾性部材 1 7が収縮可能に取り付 けられている。
サイ ドフラ ップ 8は、 コア 2の側部 2 aから横方向外方へ延 びる第 2 シー ト 4の側部 4 aと防漏シート 1 0の固定側部 1 0 b とから形成されている。 サイ ドフラップ 8では、 側部 4 aと 固定側部 1 0 aとが重なり合い、 側部 4 a , 1 0 aにおいてそ れらシー ト 4 , 1 0の内面どう しが固着されている。 サイ ドフ ラップ 8 には、 縦方向へ延びる複数条の脚周り用弾性部材 1 8 が収縮可能に取り付けられている。 脚周り用弾性部材 1 8は、 第 2シー ト 4 と防漏シート 1 0 との内面に固着されている。
エン ドフラ ップ 9 は、 コア 2の端部 2 bから縦方向外方へ延 びる第 1〜第 3シー ト 3， 4 , 2 2の端部 3 b , 4 b， 2 2 b から形成されている。 エン ドフラップ 9では、 第 1〜第 3シ一 ト 3 , 4， 2 2の端部 3 b， 4 b， 2 2 bどう しが重なり合い、 端部 3 b , 4 b , 2 2 bにおいて第 1および第 2 シー ト 3， 4 の内面どう しが固着され、 第 2および第 3シー ト 4， 2 2の内 外面が固着されている。 エン ドフラ ップ 9では、 袋 1 6を形成 する第 1 シー ト 3の被覆上部 1 4が折り畳まれた状態で被覆下 部 1 5 に固着されている。 防漏シー ト 1 0の固定両端部 1 0 c は、 第 3 シー ト 2 2の端部 2 2 b外面に固着されている。 ェン ドフラ ップ 9 には、 横方向へ延びる帯状の胴周 り用弾性部材 1 9 が収縮可能に取り付けられている。胴周 り用弾性部材 1 9 は、 第 1 シー ト 3 と第 2 シー ト 4 との内面に固着されている。
後胴周 り域 7のサイ ドフラ ップ 8 には、 自由端部 2 0 bに粘 着剤が塗布されたテープフ ァスナ 2 0が取り付けられている。 前胴周 り域 5 には、 テープファスナ 2 0 を着脱可能に止着する 横方向へ長い矩形の夕一ゲッ トテープ 2 1 が取り付けられてい る。 テープファスナ 2 0 とターゲッ トテープ 2 1 とは、 プラス チックフィルムから形成されている。
おむつ 1 Bを着用するには、 コア 2の閧裂部 1 3 を横方向へ 広げ、 ペニス収納袋 1 6 にペニス P を納めた後、 後胴周 り域 7 のサイ ドフラ ップ 8 を前胴周 り域 5 のサイ ドフラ ップ 8 の外側 に重ね合わせ、 粘着剤を介してテープファスナ 2 0の自由端部 2 O bを夕一ゲヅ トテープ 2 1 に止着する。
着用者のペニス Pは、 第 1 シー ト 3の被覆上部 1 4が画成す るペニス収納袋 1 6 に納ま り、 横方向外方へ広げたコア 2の裂 開部 1 3 がその口を閉じるこ とによって裂閧部 1 3 に挟まれる (図 4参照）。 ペニス Pは、 おむつ 1 Bの前胴周 り域 5の横方向 中央に固定される。
おむつ 1 Bは、 コア 2 が高い剛性を有して容易に変形するこ とがないので、 コア 2の裂閧部 1 3 が不用意に口を開けるこ と はな く、 ペニス Pがコア 2の下面 1 2 と裂開部 1 3 とに押さえ 込まれ、 袋 1 6 に納まったペニス Pが袋 1 6 から抜け出て しま う ことはない。
おむつ 1 Bの着用中に排泄された尿は、 袋 1 6 を透過してコ ァ 2の下面 1 2 からコア 2 に吸収、保持される。おむつ 1 Bは、 袋 1 6の上方にコア 2 が位置するので、 袋 1 6 に排泄された尿 が第 1 シ一 ト 3 の被覆上部 1 4 に漏入するこ とはない。さ らに、 被覆上部 1 4の外面が不透液性第 3 シー ト 2 2 に覆われている ので、 たとえ尿が被覆上部 1 4 に滲入したと しても、 尿が第 3 シー ト 2 2 の外面に滲出するこ とはな く、 尿がおむつ 1 Bの内 側に滲み出すことを確実に防く、ことができる。
おむつ 1 Bは、 その着用中に誤って尿が第 3 シー ト 2 2の外 面に排泄されたと しても、 被覆上部 1 4の上方へ起立する防漏 シ一卜 1 0の可動部 1 0 bが尿に対する障壁を形成するので、 サイ ドフラ ヅプ 8からの尿の横漏れを防ぐことができる。
透液性第 1 シー ト 3 には、 親水性繊維不織布を使用するこ と ができる 不透液性第 2 シー ト 4ゃ不透液性防漏シー ト 1 0 、 不透液性第 3 シー ト 2 2 には、 疎水性繊維不織布や通気不透液 性プラスチヅ クフ ィルム、 2枚以上の疎水性繊維不織布をラ ミ ネ一卜 した複合不織布、 疎水性繊維不織布と通気不透液性ブラ スチックフィルムとをラ ミ ネー ト した複合シ一 トのいずれかを 使用する とができる。 第 2 シー ト 4や防漏シー ト 1 0、 第 3 シー h 2 2 には、 高い耐水性を有するメル トブローン法による 繊維不織布の少な く とも片面に、 高い強度と良好な柔軟性とを 有するスノ ンボン ド法による繊維不織布を重ね合わせた複合不 織 ¾ ( s M不織布または S M S不織布） を使用するこ ともでき
繊維不織布には 、 スノ ンレース、 二 一 ドルパンチ、 メル ト ブ
D一ンヽ サ ―マルボン ド、 スパンボン ド、 ケミ カルボン ド、 ェ ァ —スル一ヽ の各製法によ り製造されたものを使用する こ とが できる 不織布の構成繊維には、 ポ リオレフ ィ ン系ゃポ リエス ァル系ヽ ポ ァミ ド系の各繊維、 ポ リエチレン/ポリ プロ ピレ ンゃポ U工チレ ン /ポ リ エステルからなる芯鞘型複合繊維また は並列型複合繊維を使用することができる。
第 1および第 2 シー ト 3 , 4 どう しの固着、 第 1および第 3 シー ト 3， 2 2 どう しの固着、 シー ト 3 , 4 , 2 2 に対する防 漏シー ト 1 0の固着、 シー ト 3， 4 , 1 0に対する各弾性部材 1 7 , 1 8， 1 9の固着には、 接着剤、 または、 ヒー トシール ゃソニックシール等の熱による溶着手段を利用することもでき る。 ·
接着剤には、 ホッ トメル ト型接着剤やアク リル系接着剤、 ゴ ム系接着剤を使用することができる。 接着剤は、 第 1〜第 3シ — ト 3 , 4， 2 2 にスパイラル状やジグザグ状、 ドッ ト状、 縞 状のうちのいずれかの態様で塗布されている。 接着剤をそのよ うな態様でそれらシー ト 3 , 4， 2 2 に塗布すると、 それらシ ー ト 3 , 4 , 2 2 に接着剤が塗布された塗布域と接着剤が塗布 されていない非塗布域とが形成され、 シー ト 3， 4， 1 0， 2 2 どう しが接着剤を介して断続的に固着される。
図 1のおむつ 1 Aでは、 コア 2の裂開部 1 3を除き、 透液性 第 1 シー ト 3の被覆上部 1 4の外面が不透液性第 3シー ト 2 2 に覆われていてもよい。 また、 このおむつ 1 Aでは、 図 5のそ れと同様に、 ペニス収納袋 1 6が第 1 シー ト 3の被覆上部 1 4 のみから画成されていてもよい。 図 5のおむつ 1 Bでは、 図 1 のそれと同様に、 ペニス収納袋 1 6が第 1 シート 3の被覆上部 1 4 と被覆下部 1 5 とから画成されていてもよい。 1 この発明は、 着用時に前後胴周り域を連結するオープン型の おむつ 1 A , I の他に、 前後胴周り域のサイ ド フ ラ ヅプがあ らかじめ連結されて胴周り開口と脚周り開口とが形成されたパ ンッ型のおむつにも実施することができる。 本発明にかかる使い捨ておむつによれば、 着用者のペニスが コアの裂開部の下方に形成されたペニス収納袋に納ま り、 ぺニ スがコアの裂開部に挟まれることによっておむつの所定の位置 に固定される。 このおむつは、 コアが高い剛性を有して容易に 変形することがないので、 コアの裂開部が不用意に口を開ける ことはなく、ペニスがコアの下面と裂開部とに押さえ込まれる。 このおむ は 、 その着用中に着用者の動作がおむつに伝わつた としても 袋に納まつたペニスが袋から抜け出てしまう ことは なく、 ぺ一スをおむつの所定の位置に確実に固定しておく こと ができる o のおむ は、 袋の上方にコアが位置するので 、 尿 がコアの下面からコァに吸収、 保持されるとともに コァが尿 に対する [？产逢となり 袋に排泄された尿の第 1 シ ―卜の被覆 部への滲入を防ぐことができる。
不透液性第 3シー トがコアの裂開部を除いて第 1 シー トの被 覆上部の外面を覆っているおむつでは、 尿が第 1 シートの被覆 上部に滲入したとしても、 尿が第 3 シー トの外面に滲出するこ とはなく、 尿がおむつの内側に滲み出すことを確実に防ぐこと ができる。

1 . 縦方向に前胴周り域および後胴周り域と、 それら胴周り域 の間に位置する股下域とを備え、 肌当接側に位置する上面およ び肌非当接側に位置する下面を有して前記前後胴周り域間に延 びる吸液性コアと、 前記コアの上面を覆う被覆上部および前記 コアの下面を覆う被覆下部を有する透液性第 1 シー ト と、 前記 第 1 シ一トの被覆下部の外側に位置する不透液性第 2シー ト と から構成された使い捨ておむつにおいて、
