Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de récupération de gaz de haut-fourneau, dans lequel les gaz issus du haut-fourneau sont récupérés, le dioxyde de carbone présent dans le gaz est au moins partiellement retiré au cours d'une première étape d'épuration de C02, de manière à créer un gaz de haut-fourneau pauvre en dioxyde de carbone, ledit gaz étant soit réinjecté dans le haut-fourneau, soit récupéré et envoyé vers un autre point d'utilisation, après épuration. Ce procédé se caractérise en ce que après la première étape d'épuration du dioxyde de carbone, il est prévu une deuxième étape d'épuration d'une quantité substantielle de l'azote contenu dans ledit gaz, de manière à récupérer un gaz riche, avant réinjection ou récupération vers un autre point d'utilisation, dont la concentration en azote est inférieure à 10 % vol. de préférence inférieure à 5 % vol.
