Abstract

This idea is for Bone Conduction Radio of waterproof type. It has bone conduction vibrator, so it can be listened to the radio by hearing through head's bone without earphone or headphone. Till now, in order to listen to the radio, it can do through only earphone or headphone. So there was the problem which is restricted in activity. That is, it is an idea that can listen to the radio through bone conduction vibrator, which is including in goods, by fixing Bone Conduction Radio in head simply. Also this Bone Conduction Radio has waterproof function, so it available in swimming beach and swimming pool etc. And when play marathon and jogging etc., it can solved the inconvenience of when putting on earphone or headphone. Also it is an idea so that listening may be available by general stereo earphone according to user's necessity.

This idea is for Bone Conduction Radio of waterproof type, which has bone conduction vibrator and is added waterproof function to existent portable radio and then it can be listened to the radio without earphone or headphone.
So, it is an idea which do as can catch radio broadcasting easy and simply without using ear in swimming beach or swimming pool and when play marathon, jogging etc...

Until now, it was used earphone or headphone to catch the radio, but it, was hard to use in the waterside of swimming pool, swimming beach etc. and it's headphone or earphone gave inconvenience when do exercise. So it was impossible to listen to the radio. [Disclosure of Invention]
The purpose of this idea is to do as can catch the radio conveniently in swimming pool or swimming beach and when play running such as marathon. It is combined with existent portable radio and bone conduction vibrator and also added waterproof function to product, so catches radio broadcasting in swimming.
Also it is available to listen to the radio with general stereo earphone according to user's necessity. In order to achieve above stated purpose, this Bone Conduction Radio has existent radio function and simultaneously can listen to the radio through bone conduction vibrator without earphone or headphone and is added waterproof function, so it is available to use in the adjoined place with water. As is illustrated to drawing 3, in order to realize waterproof function on bone conduction vibrator (8), overcanopy rubber cover(lθ) and cover external form cover(ll) again over. Like this, it can prevent that water reaches directly to bone conduction vibrator by rubber cover in swimming pool etc.. if do. Drawing 4 displays model of rubber cover(lθ) that protect perfectly operation switch button of product and can do perfect waterproof function As is illustrated to drawing 5, it can prevent that water etc.. reach directly on product's inside, if overcanopy waterproof rubber ring (13) on external form cover (11) of the Bone Conduction Radio and covers head cover of product over again.
When open this head cover part in oder to replace it's battery etc., if turn this part, screw's groove part(14) goes in gear and opens. Also earphone jack part, that can catch the radio by general stereo earphone, does waterproof function. It is closed up an jack hole with rubber cover, which is fixed one side and then it can open and shut.
As illustrated to drawing 7, antenna department(A) is consisted of antenna(19) and antenna matohing circuit (18) and FM band pass filter(17).
Antenna(19) is suitable Antenna to FM radio band frequency (Japan band : 76MHz~91MHz and domestic/the United States of America/Europe band '■ 87.5MHz— 108MHz), so it can realize in several forms such as headband form or mold form in set on the basis of 75Ω road antenna and then it is miniaturized and attached.Antenna matching circuit(18) is consisted, of antenna and impedance matching circuit to take charge of important role in reception sensitivity special quality.
FM band pass filter(17) is the filter circuit that pass the frequency ingredient of only 76MHz~108MHz among RF signal, which is inputted to antenna.
In the radio department(B), FM receipt department (20), which consists of superheterodyne reception method circuit of RFmixer / intermediate frequency/EF amplification etc., can do timing and select the broadcasting channel through status fixing loop(21), which alter frequency of local radiator department of FM receipt department (20) according to control signal of controlling department (26).
It does the demodulation (22) of modulated audio signal that receive from FM receipt department (20) and does audio signal output (23) of Mono type among mono/stereo type. Audio volume circuit of audio volume/amplification(24) in audio department(C)/ is been situated in amplification department input part and controlled by Up/Down signal of controlling department. Controlled audio signal is amplified and outputted by amplifier circuit of high output & low distortion characteristic, so it is linked by earphone through earphone jack switch(25) when used earphone and when does not use earphone, it is linked in vibrator matching department(29). It has impedance matching circuit in vibrator matching department(29) for the optimum vibrating characteristic of between amplified audio signal and vibrator.
Controlling department (26) achieves the control function of each part with broadcasting channel selection/volume selection and indication department etc.
And Indication department(30) indicates broadcasting station selection and low voltage state of power department in LED (Light Emitting Diode) type.
Power department (31) supplies the power on each part on the basis of battery.
Also in order to extend the efficiency and applicable limit of product, it do as could have waterproof function and then did so that can catch the
FM radio at waterside or in rainy weather.

As described above, the user hears the sound through bone conduction vibrator without earphone by this idea Bone Conduction Radio. So, if the user does so that vibrator of the Bone Conduction Radio may reachable on forehead or temple's surrounding etc., the user can listen to the radio conveniently from inside of own headband or swimming cap or general hat.
Therefore, by removing existent earphone and the wire connected to the radio, it was devised in order to can catch the radio without being burdensome and conveniently when do exercise etc. or when swim in water.
