Description

CONTAINER OF CUP FOR FOOD PACKING WHICH IS EASY TO OPEN
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a cup type container for packing, and more particularly, to a cup type container for food packing which has a number of cut marks formed on a grip of a cover vapor-deposited on the upper surface of the cup type container for packing noodles, dry confectionery, porridge, sources and the others so that the size of the cut marks to be notched can be optionally selected when opening the cover.
Background Art
In general, to pack dry confectionery and foods, a container cover, which is of a sheet made by polymerizing paper, aluminum or synthetic resin, is put on an opening of a container made of synthetic resin of various kinds and tightly sealed by thermo- compression bonding or with an adhesive.
To open the cover of the packed cup type container, a user grips and pulls up a grip protruded from a side of the cover. At this time, the cover may be opened in an undesirable direction as the cover made of the polymerized paper is thermally adhered to the rim of the opening of the container made of synthetic resin, and the container is damaged or the polymerized paper of the bonded cover is irregularly torn as the user applies a force at a time to open the container.
Recently, disposable packing cups are widely used in various fields, for example, noodle packing cups, dry confectionery packing cups, ice cream or cake packing cups, and source packing cups, and are tending to increase in consumption. However, in case of the confectionary packing cups, since most consumers are children who have little skills to open the packing cups unlike adults, they crush or drop the container when opening the cover tightly thermo-compressed, so that the children cannot eat the contents in the container, and hence show temper.
Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention is to provide a cup type container for food packing which has a number of cut marks formed on a grip provided at one side of the cover of the cup type container so that the cover of the container can be easily and simply opened without crushing the container and pouring off the contents thereof.
To achieve the above object, according to the present invention, there is provided a cup type container for food packing, which has the rim of an opening thermally adhered with coated paper to pack foods, such as dry confectionery, the cup type container comprising: a food packing cup having a rim contact portion of a predetermined width formed at the rim of the opening to widen a contact area; a cover thermally adhered to the rim contact portion of the food packing cup to define a tightly sealed portion between the cover and the rim contact portion and made of polymerized paper, the cover having a grip formed at one side thereof; and a number of cut marks formed on the grip for allowing a user to easily and simply open the cover.
Brief Description of the Drawings
Further objects and advantages of the invention can be more fully understood from the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings in which:
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a cup type container for food packing according to the present invention; FIG. 2 is a sectional view showing the cup type container for food packing according to the present invention;
FIG. 3 is an exemplary view showing a state in which a cover of the cup type container is opened; FIGS. 4a and 4b are exemplary views showing a grip of the cover according to another embodiment of the present invention; and
FIG. 5 is a sectional view of a polymerized paper, which forms the cover of the cup type container for food packing according to the present invention.
Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
The present invention will now be described in detail in connection with preferred embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings. For reference, like reference characters designate corresponding parts throughout several views.
A cup type container, which has the rim of an opening thermally bonded with coated paper to pack foods, such as dry confectionery, includes: a food packing cup 10 having a rim contact portion 12 of a predetermined width formed at the rim of the opening 11 to widen a contact area; a cover 13 thermally adhered to the rim contact portion of the food packing cup 10 to define a tightly sealed portion between the cover and the rim contact portion and made of polymerized paper, the cover having a grip 14 formed at one side thereof; and a number of cut marks 15 formed on the grip 14 for allowing a user to easily and simply open the cover 13.
The cover 13 is made of paper, synthetic resin or aluminum polymerized paper 16. The grip 14 of the cover has at least one cut mark 15 formed thereon for allowing the user to optionally select a cut direction of the cover.
The polymerized paper of the cover is manufactured in such a manner as to make its texture only in one direction to be torn in desirable direction when the user opens it.
The cover is manufactured to have texture formed only in one direction, and the texture can be controlled at the time of manufacture. So, the present invention uses the texture as the cover of the disposable cup type container for food packing to easily open the cover.
According to the present invention, a method for packing the foods is as follows. After noodles, dry confectionery, ices, ice creams, instant soups, sources and the others are packed in a bowl or cup type container, the rim of the container is thermally adhered or adhered with an adhesive to the cover 13 which is made of the polymerized paper 16 consisting of paper 16a, synthetic resin 16b or aluminum 16c to completely close the opening of the container.
To sealably bond the cover to a rim contact portion 12 of the food packing cup with the cover, the rim contact portion 12 of the container must have a flat surface to accomplish easy bonding between the cover and the container and to prevent the cover from being come off or separated from the opening of the container due to the external shock or crush when the user carries the container.
Therefore, it is preferable that the rim contact portion of the food packing cup 10 has a width of about 1 to 5mm.
After the rim contact portion 12 of the opening of the food packing cup 10 is formed to have the predetermined width, it is thermally adhered or bonded with the adhesive to the cover 13 which is made of the polymerized paper 16 consisting of paper 16a, synthetic resin 16b or aluminum 16c to define a tightly sealed portion between the cover and the rim contact portion. At this time, as shown in FIG. 1, the cover 13 has a grip 14 formed at one side thereof for opening the cover. The grip 14 of the cover 13 is formed in such a manner that its shape is designed on the polymerized paper 16 to correspond to the shape of the opening of the cup type container and then the designed shape is cut. At this time, the grip 14 may have one, two or three cut marks 15 formed thereon as shown in FIGS. 1, 4a and 4b.
The cover 13 made of the polymerized paper having the shape corresponding to that of the opening of the container 10 is bonded to the rim contact portion 12 by the typical therrno-compression. At this time, the cover 13 is thermally adhered or adhered with the adhesive to the rim contact portion 12 according to materials of the food packing cup 10 to define a tightly sealed portion between the cover and the rim contact portion. Such an adhesion is carried out by a typical method.
To open the bonded cover 13, when a user grasps the grip 14 of the cover 13 and pulls the grip 14 in an opposite direction of the location of the grip 14, the cover 13 is opened while being easily cut by the cut marks 15 formed on the grip 14.
At this time, to completely open the cover 13, even children or the weakened can easily open the cover by dividing the cover 13 into two using the cut marks 15 of the grip 14, so that the cover 13 can be opened with small force without crushing the food packing cup 10 or pouring off the contents of the cup to the outside. Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, if the grip 14 has only one cut mark 15, the user can easily open the cover 13 by half. To open the cover 13 by the extent of a desired area which is smaller than in the above case, when the user selects any one of cut marks formed in directions of a, b and c and pulls the selected one, the cover 13 can be opened by the desired area. FIGS. 4a and 4b show another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIGS. 4a and 4b, the grip 14 of the cover 13 has two or three cut marks 15 formed thereon. The children can more safely and easily open the cover 13 by cutting the cover in a direction of a, b or c using the cut marks 15.
Industrial Applicability
As described above, according to the present invention, the user can easily open the cover of the food packing cup to the extent of the different desired area according to the user's taste. Moreover, the children or the weakened can easily open the cover without crushing the container or pouring off the contents to the outside.
While the present invention has been described with reference to the particular illustrative embodiments, it is not to be restricted by the embodiments but only by the appended claims. It is to be appreciated that those skilled in the art can change or modify the embodiments without departing from the scope and spirit of the present invention.
