Abstract

Ein Keramik-Metall oder Metall-Keramik-Komposit bzw. Verbundwerkstoff bestehend aus einer Keramikmatrix mit einer eingebetteten metallischen Komponente, oder aus in einer Metall-Matrix eingebetteten Keramikpartikeln bzw. -strukturen, wird mittels druckloser Infiltration hergestellt. Das Keramikmaterial liegt wenigstens zu Teilen als oxidisches Keramikmaterial vor, und weiter sind im Komposit metallisches Titan und/oder Chrom und/oder Verbindungen davon als sogenannter Aktivator eingelagert.
