Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de pliage et de fermeture d'un voile de matériau destiné à la fabrication d'un article avec joint profilé tel qu'un sac à valve. Le dispositif de pliage donne au film une forme tubulaire continue présentant des parties supérieure et inférieure, un côté fermé et un côté ouvert. Le côté ouvert présente deux rabats qui se prolongent à l'intérieur du voile tubulaire. Un imperméabilisateur longitudinal comprend un imperméabilisateur flottant disposé à l'intérieur du voile tubulaire. L'imperméabilisateur flottant et son élément chauffant profilé sont plaqués sélectivement et de manière intermittente contre les rabats de chevauchement pour former un joint profilé par collage des rabats l'un sur l'autre. Le joint profilé défini un orifice de valve à auto-obturation par lequel est versé le produit de remplissage du sac. Une paire d'aimants qui se repoussent soulèvent à force l'imperméabilisateur flottant au-dessus des rabats qui se chevauchent lorsque l'imperméabilisateur est relâché. L'imperméabilisateur 'flotte' à l'intérieur du voile tubulaire de sorte que ce voile peut être tiré par intermittence au delà de l'imperméabilisateur flottant pour une minimum de frottement.
