Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés et un appareil pour emballer des produits, se présentant sous différentes formes, comprenant un convoyeur (14, 18, 22) commandé par une commande (34) de convoyeur transportant un produit (26). Un mécanisme d'emballage (46) comprend un mécanisme de commande (74) déplaçant un support d'emballage (86) autour d'un axe (58) de mécanisme d'emballage, au moyen d'un dispositif de commande (62) rotatif et un support (78) s'étendant entre le dispositif de commande (62) et le support d'emballage (86). Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, un fixation amovible située entre le dispositif de commande (62) et le support (68) permet l'extension et la rétractation du support d'emballage (86) selon le profil du produit (26). Dans un autre mode de réalisation, un dispositif de guidage (82) se déplace dans une rampe de guidage (98) conçue en plusieurs segments (102, 106), ce qui définit un chemin (94) du support d'emballage (86). La rampe de guidage (98) correspond au profil du produit (26) situé sur la plate-forme (30). Un des segments (102, 106) de came peut être enlevé séparément, ce qui permet de régler la rampe de guidage (98). Le support d'emballage (86) enclenche un film (134) et l'entoure autour du produit (26). Dans un autre mode de réalisation, un détecteur (118) détecte le produit (26) lorsqu'il avance vers le convoyeur (18). Un codeur de localisation (122) reçoit des données du détecteur (118) et de la commande (34) de convoyeur, ce qui permet de suivre la position du produit (26). Un dispositif de contrôle (126) reçoit les informations provenant du codeur de localisation (122) et contrôle le mécanisme d'emballage (46) selon le profil d'emballage, ceci permettant une adaptation à l'espace variable des produits (26). Une interface (130) utilisateur graphique peut être utilisée pour modifier ou créer des profils d'emballage.
