Abstract

Esta invención se refiere a un utensilio que evita que los hielos toquen los labios y dientes de las personas que gustan beber directamente del vaso o recipiente el cual actúa deteniendo los hielos antes de que estos salgan a la superficie del vaso. Dicho utensilio esta formado por un sujetador de forma circular (1) por medio del cual se manipula, continuando en una U invertida (2) que realiza la función de fijar el utensilio en el borde superior del vaso o recipiente (5) prolongándose mediante un vástago (3) del cual continua un espiral o malla (4) que realizan la función de retención de los hielos. El objeto de esta invención es proporcionar a las personas que gustan tomar bebidas con hielo directamente del vaso o recipiente un utensilio que les impida el contacto directo del hielo con sus labios y dientes, además de brindar con comodidad al tomar su bebida, ya que les evita tener que estar deteniendo los hielos con los labios.

RETENEDOR DE HIELOS PARA RECIPIENTES QUE CONTENGAN
BEBIDAS CON HIELO
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Actualmente no se cuenta en el mercado con ningún utensilio que retenga los hielos en un vaso o recipiente con bebida, para evitar que estos toquen los labios y dientes de las personas que les gusta acompañar su bebida con hielo y tomarla directamente del vaso o recipiente.
Ante esta situación, la falta de un utensilio que evite que los hielos toquen los labios y dientes de las personas que les gusta acompañar su bebida con hielo y bebería directamente del vaso o recipiente, diseñe y desarrolle el presente utensilio, que se pretende proteger por medio de la presente solicitud.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
Los detalles característicos de este novedoso utensilio se muestran claramente en la siguiente descripción y en las figuras que se acompañan, las cuales sólo se mencionan a manera de ejemplo y no deben considerarse como limitativas a la presente invención.
La figura 1 es una perspectiva convencional del utensilio,
La figura 2 es una perspectiva convencional del utensilio en uso.
Con referencia a dichas figuras él utensilio esta formado por un sujetador de forma circular (1 ) por medio del cual se manipula, continuando en una U invertida (2) que realiza la función de fijar el utensilio en el borde superior del vaso o recipiente (5) prolongándose mediante un vastago (3) del cual continua un espiral o malla (4) que realizan la función de retención de los hielos.
El proceso de fabricación de este utensilio será bajo molde por inyección en una maquina inyectora, para lo cual se utilizara un molde como se muestra en la figura 1. Este utensilio puede fabricarse de materiales ligeros e inoxidables, tales como plásticos, acero inoxidable, aluminio etc. Debido a que van dentro del liquido a tomar.
Además el retenedor de esta solicitud puede variar su forma, tamaño y los materiales de su fabricación, según el vaso o recipiente a utilizar, tales como redondos, hexagonales, pentagonales etc.
De esta manera obtenemos un utensilio para vasos o recipientes que contengan bebidas con h ielos, con e l c ual, s e evitará e l contacto d e d ichos hielos con la boca de la persona que guste tomarlo directamente del vaso o recipiente.
Este utensilio se manipula por medio del sujetador (1 ) y se inserta en el borde superior del vaso o recipiente (5) quedando fijo a este por medio de la U invertida (2) prolongándose mediante un vastago (3) del cual continua un espiral o malla (4) que realiza la función de retención de los hielos.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONESHabiendo descrito mi invención, que considero como una novedad y por lo tanto reclamo como de mi exclusiva propiedad, lo contenido en las siguientes cláusulas:
1. Un retenedor de hielos para recipientes que contengan bebidas con hielo caracterizado porque consta de un sujetador de forma circular (1 ) por medio del cual se manipula, continuando en una U invertida (2) que realiza la función de fijar el utensilio en el borde superior del vaso o recipiente (5) prolongándose mediante un vastago (3) del cual continua un espiral o malla (4) que realizan la función de retención de los hielos, con el cual se evitará el contacto de dichos hielos con la boca de la persona que guste tomarlo directamente del vaso o recipiente.
2. Un retenedor de hielos para recipientes que contengan bebidas con hielo según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado además porque puede variar de tamaños, formas y materiales de fabricación.
