Abstract

The main part of the kapok seed thrasher is the main axis (1) used loosing kapok hole which consists of 4 flat sides (2) with the range about 5 centimeter. The main axis is attached on the edge of two bearings (3) and is put on the frame of the process box. At the edge of the axis is used a small sprocket (4) where the chain is connected with a big sprocket in continuing the human power.

Description

Description
KAPOK SEED THRASHER WITH HORIZONTAL COLLISION SYS EM
AXIS AND CHAIN TRANSMISSION
Technical Invention Area.
This invention is in the field of kapok seed thrasher with horizontal collision system axis and chain transmission.
The Background of the Invention Kapok seed thrasher, which is commonly used now, is a traditional system, this toot is made from log with five centi meter diameter, and takes one meter length or it made from sago frond attached with four Small wood as branches at one part on the tip. And this tool is activated with manual way.
The second kind is rice thrasher that is used to thrashing kapok seed, but according to the consumers' opinion was not effective and efficient because t has too marry rifts, so that the kapok scatters away.
The Invention Summary
Axis which is given branches by welding iron that already take in a short cut base on measurement of axis body by stretch along. Then axis is putted at bearings and prop.
Fortherrnore, axis activated by pree whell, and pree whell itself activated with hand through chain transmission, this series is enable to take cotton a part from kapok and removed its
The brar_ohing axis is located in the process box on the purpose of easing the processing, cotton does not scatter around and to handle colliding of kapok seed.
Construction frame and wall of processing box ) was formed as well as I order to hold the gravitation because of the process. Transmission system that used was chain teinsmission type.

The Detail Description of The Invention
The kapok fruit in the use either for making the mattress, pillows, threads, rough clothes, and other need, it must be clean of the grain. The ptoblem encountered by the farmer of the kapok tree and the small processing industry throughout the year are in effort of cleaning the kapok fruit from the grain. Until now they have been using the traditional tools to clean the kapok tree manually.
The kapok fruit is in round shape, elastic and fulfilled by the grain enormously. Cleaning of the kapok fruit from the grain can be done by smoothing the kapok fruit, as well as there should be a power for striking the kapok grains in order to escape from the its wadding.
The inventor designed any tools that made of the iron like the axis. Afterwards, it was made in four branches surrounding the tools evenly as long as that axis, with the space between the ranch at more or less 7 cm. The branch was made inter-space between the lφ

served to carry and unload the kapok fruit dropped and to be placed into the collision box. In addition, this branched axis also served to strike and throw the kapok grain to the collision box wall. Subsequently, the kapok grain would drop to the bottom of the process box. At the bottom of the process box, the grain sieve was made, so that kapok gain dropped down would separate of the kapok towards the grain collection area. The unclean kapok friώ s re-smoothed by the rotating branched axis continuously within two until five minutes, if the noise sound of the kapok grain pounding to the box wall wasn't heard at all, it meant that the kapok had been clean from the grain, then the shaft motion was stopped and the cleaned kapok could be expelled through the entry and exit door. The entry door was made at the lower front side of the process box. In order to axis rotation would be fine and smooth, the end of both axis was situated on the two sit bearing. The type of transmission used was chain and sprocket, because their relation were strong and the rotation was lower and also the placement of both sprocket axles was rather distance.
The diameter comparison of both large and small sprocket from the train sprocket and being driven to act for increase the rotation of the shaft axis towards the branched axis or the main axis, The machine construction was made as such a shape , so that it enabled to withstand aH powers emerged at the time of the process. Utilization of man power as the source of motion in order to obtain the cheaper cost, can accommodate more tabor and can be operated in remote villages that fto electrical currents was there.
Through the simple modification this n achine can be directly used of the electrical engine or oil fuel motor as the source of initial generator.
