Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Gasdiffusionselektro­de, die Kohlefasern, Russ und Polytetrafluorethylen enthält, durch Herstellen ei­ner Dispersion aus Kohlefasern, Russ, PTFE und mindestens einer Flüssigkeit, Formen der Dispersion zu einem Gasdiffusionselektrodenmaterial, Trocknen des Gasdiffusionselektrodenmaterials, und Verdichten des Gasdiffusionselektrodenmaterials. Die Erfindung betrifft ausserdem eine Gasdiffusionselektrode, welche sich durch besondere Homogenität auszeichnet, sowie Membran-Elek­ trodeneinheiten und Polymerelektrolytmembran-Brennstoffzellen, die minde­stens eine erfindungsgemässe Gasdiffusionselektrode aufweisen.
