本实用新型属于 GSM 蜂窝系统移动电话技术领域, 更明确地说涉及手机部 件的改进。
背景技术
已有的手机的 SIM卡座分为上下两部分。下部为座槽,固定在手机的主板上, 带有两排可以和 SIM卡连接的导电触头。上部为座体,带有卡槽用于安放 SIM卡。 其一端以铰轴与下部座槽相连, 可翻转, 便于取出及放置 SIM卡。
正常工作时,手机电池安装就位后将 SIM卡压紧,前盖或后盖再将电池扣合。 要安放或取出 SIM卡时,则要先打开手机前盖或后盖,而且要取出电池才能进行。 这种结构较繁琐, 不方便。 更不能适应笔式手机的笔式机身的设计要求。
本实用新型的目的, 就在于克服上述缺点和不足, 提供一种结构简单, 取放 SIM卡方便, 可以适应笔式手机的笔式机身的设计要求的抽屉式 SIM卡座。
发明内容
为了达到上述目的, 本实用新型由位于手机的主板和壳体上的座槽以及安装 在座槽中的座体所构成。 座体为抽屉式, 座槽为抽屉洞式。
座体由面板、 固连在面板上的左右两个侧边、 固连在左右侧边下面的托板、 固连在左右侧边上面位于其后端的盖板以及固连在面板上位于两个侧边外侧的左 右两个张紧杆所组成。 张紧杆的后端外侧带有三角形凸起。 座槽的上面由手机的 主板组成, 其余各侧面由手机的壳体组成, 前面洞开。 座槽的下面前沿开有斜凹 槽, 便于取出 SIM卡时将指甲抠入。
托板为左右两个, 各为前宽后窄的三角形, 所说的盖板也为左右两个, 且其 下面后端都带有挡边。 这种结构便于从座体的后下方向上插入 SIM卡。 座体的上 面中间敞开。 插入时 SIM卡的电极面应向上, 便于与主板上的电极接触。 挡边则 可防止 SIM卡脱出。
座槽的两侧与张紧杆后端的三角形凸起对应处带有三角形凹槽。张紧杆后端 的三角形凸起在座槽两侧的压力作用下先向内收縮, 随着座体的推进, 随后 "咔" 地一声进入三角形凹槽就位。 拔出座体时则相反。
座体由金属或塑料一体制成。其具体工艺可以分别是压铸和注塑。工艺简单, 成本低。
使用时, 先将 SIM卡从座体的后下方向上插入, 再将座体连同 SIM卡插入 座槽, 直至 "咔"地一声就位即可。 取出时, 将指甲抠入座槽的斜凹槽中, 再轻 轻用力即可拔出。
本实用新型的任务就是这样完成的。
本实用新型结构简单, 取放 SIM卡方便, 可广泛用于笔式手机及其它各种手 机中。

图 1〜图 5所示, 本实用新型由座槽 1及座体 2构成。 座体 2为抽屉式, 座槽 1为抽屉洞式。 座体 2由面板 3、 两侧边 4、 托板 5、 盖板 6以及左右两个张紧杆 7组成。张紧杆 6的后端带有三角形凸起 8。座槽 1的两侧对应处带有三角形凹槽 9。 座槽 1 的下面前沿开有斜凹槽 10。 托板 5为左右两个, 各为前宽后窄的三角 形。盖板 6也为左右两个, 其后端都带有挡边 11。座体 2由金属或塑料一体制成。
本发明的最佳实施方式
' 实施例 1 : 一种抽屉式 SIM卡座。 它由位于手机的主板和壳体上的座槽以及 安装在座槽中的座体所构成。 座体为抽屉式, 座槽为抽屉洞式。 座体由面板、 固 连在面板上的左右两个侧边、 固连在左右侧边下面的托板、 固连在左右侧边上面 位于其后端的盖板以及固连在面板上位于两个侧边外侧的左右两个张紧杆所组 成。 张紧杆的后端外侧带有三角形凸起, 座槽的两侧与张紧杆后端的三角形凸起 对应处带有三角形凹槽。 座槽的上面由手机的主板组成, 其余各侧面由手机的壳 体组成, 前面洞开。 座槽的下面前沿开有斜凹槽。 托板为左右两个, 各为前宽后 窄的三角形。 盖板也为左右两个, 其下面后端都带有挡边。 座体由铝合金压铸一 体制成。 实施例 1结构简单, 取放 SIM卡方便, 可广泛用于笔式手机及其它各种 手机中。

权利要求
1 . 一种抽屉式 SIM卡座, 它由位于手机的主板和壳体上的座槽以及安装在座 槽中的座体所构成, 其特征在于所说的座体为抽屉式, 座槽为抽屉洞式。
2. 按照权利要求 1所述的抽屉式 SIM卡座, 其特征在于所说的座体由面板、 固连在面板上的左右两个侧边、 固连在左右侧边下面的托板、 固连在左右侧边上 面位于其后端的盖板以及固连在面板上位于两个侧边外侧的左右两个张紧杆所组 成, 张紧杆的后端外侧带有三角形凸起, 座槽的上面由手机的主板组成, 其余各 侧面由手机的壳体组成, 前面洞开, 座槽的下面前沿幵有斜凹槽。
3. 按照权利要求 2所述的抽屉式 SIM卡座, 其特征在于所说的托板为左右两 个, 各为前宽后窄的三角形, 所说的盖板也为左右两个, 且其下面后端都带有挡 边。
4. 按照权利要求 2或 3所述的抽屉式 SIM卡座, 其特征在于所说的座槽的两 侧与张紧杆后端的三角形凸起对应处带有三角形凹槽。
5. 按照权利要求 1〜3中每一个权利要求所述的抽屉式 SIM卡座, 其特征在于 所说的座体由金属或塑料一体制成。
6. 按照权利要求 4所述的抽屉式 SIM卡座, 其特征在于所说的座体由金属或 塑料一体制成。
