Abstract

L'invention vise à perfectionner la technologie de fabrication de nouveaux matériaux. Le procédé de l'invention consiste à agir sur le mélange de réactifs initiaux solides avec de l'électricité. Les réactifs initiaux sont concassés jusqu'à l'état de poudre, le mélange concassé est placé dans une capsule immergée dans l'eau et le mélangé est soumis au traitement avec du courant ayant une densité nécessaire pour la formation dans le mélange d'un arc électrique. Le réacteur destiné à la mise en oeuvre du procédé comprend un corps rempli d'eau à l'intérieur duquel se trouve une zone active se présentant comme un mélange ayant la forme d'une capsule faite d'un matériau réfractaire avec un mélange de réactifs initiaux solides, et un dispositif d'amenée d'électricité jusqu'au mélange de réactifs initiaux est disposé à l'intérieur du corps.
