Electrical component (1) having two connection leads (4-8) and comprising an impedance cell (2) electrically connected between the two connection leads, and a resistor (3). The electrical component (1) further comprises resistive material and the resistor (3) comprises at least part of the resistive material. The resistor (3) is electrically connected between the two connection leads (4-8).
