Description

PROTECTION CAP
Technical field
The present invention relates to the protection cap to protect the heads from potential impacts when the old, patients or disabled fall down because of carelessness in daily life. It can be manufactured with moderate costs with simply structure using light foam sponge.
Background Art
This invention has the ultra-light structure to prevent any inconveniences even when the disabled patients or the old continuously put on in daily life. It aims to provide the protection cap to the patients in moderate prices as substantially reducing the manufacturing costs, which is designed to be easily adjusted to fit to the head size of a user without any metal injection molding facilities. For these purposes, this invention consists of the upper protection band (10) and the lower protection band (20). The upper protection band protects the head using a foam sponge and the lower protection band protects the lower part of the head and fixes the cap. The upper protection band ( 10) is made with multiple ribs (12) that stretch out from the center in the crown of the head like the spokes of a wheel. The lower protection band (20) forms concavo-convex pattern (22) as being woven and fixed with the lower end of the ribs (12) of the upper protection band (10).
Disclosure of Invention
This invention is about the protection cap to protect the heads from potential impacts when the old, patients or disabled fall down because of carelessness in daily life. In detail, it is simply structure with light foam sponge, which can be manufactured with moderate costs.
In general, if the brains in the human bodies are injured, these damages can be aggravated to mortal wound. Then, the damaged brains cannot be easily recovered. These kinds of injuries such as fracture (concussion of the brain) or cerebral hemorrhage are usually caused by severe external impacts on the head areas. ln particular, the disabled patients are more likely to get impacts on their heads as frequently falling down or by something dropping. Once they get extreme impacts, they may die or be irreparably damaged. However, there are no proper measures to protect the heads for these patients or disabled. Meanwhile, while various kinds of iron caps, helmets, headpieces or headgears for sport activities have been invented, these tools have been developed to satisfy the specific uses so that they have been limitedly used in expected risk situations.
First of all, since the existing tools do not provide sufficient air permeability, it is not convenient to put them on for a long time and do normal activities in daily life. Therefore, these tools make the disabled patients feel uneasy with continuous wearing when they lie or walk. As a result, these tools cannot be actually used. Moreover, in accordance with the existing techniques mentioned above, the existing tools are difficult to manufacture them in very low prices and then to purchase for common use.
This invention is designed to relieve the general problems caused by the existing techniques as mentioned above and has the following goals.
This invention has the ultra-light structure to prevent any inconveniences even when the disabled patients or the old continuously put on in daily life. It aims to provide the protection cap to the patients in moderate prices as substantially reducing the manufacturing costs. Furthermore it aims to provide the protection cap that can be easily adjusted to fit to the head size of a user without any metal injection molding facilities. For these purposes, this invention consists of the upper protection band and the lower protection band. The upper protection band protects the head using a foam sponge and the lower protection band protects the lower part of the head and fixes the cap. The upper protection band is made with multiple ribs that stretch out from the center in the crown of the head like the spokes of a wheel. The lower protection band forms concavo- convex pattern as being woven and fixed with the lower end of the ribs of the upper protection band.
The next section will examine the detailed technical configuration of this invention with the drawings in the appendix.
This invention is the protection cap covering all over the head for the users.
This invention consists of the upper protection band (10) and the lower protection band (20). The upper protection band protects the head using a foam sponge and the lower protection band protects the lower part of the head and fixes the cap. The upper protection band (10) is made with multiple ribs (12) that stretch out from the center in the crown of the head like the spokes of a wheel. The lower protection band (20) forms concavo-convex pattern (22) as being woven and fixed with the lower end of the ribs (12) of the upper protection band (10). The number of ribs matches to that of concavo- convex.
Moreover, the lower protection band (20) has the holes (24) to expose ears on both sides and the strings (26) are connected on both sides to cover the faces. Foam sponge constructing the upper and lower protection bands is made of multiple ventilations holes (14).
The protection cap by this invention has the advantage to be manufactured in diverse sizes. That is, when a protection cap is rolled in hemisphere shape in a modeling phase, the depth design of the protection cap is defined in accordance with the cutting length of the ribs (12) of the upper protection band (10). For the length of the lower protection band (20), its diameter design is defined when the lower protection band is rolled in the band shape Thus, it is very easy to manufacture the cap in accordance with the head size of a user (there is a standard size table by age)
Furthermore, the joint part of the upper (10) and lower (20) protection bands can be strengthened as pulling and pressing the bonding tape on it When a color is added on the bonding tape, the protection cap will have a beautiful appearance
The bonding tape above will be luminous tapes or fluorescent tapes And the length of the bonding tape can wind around the entire cap
It is recommended that the thickness and width of a foam sponge used for the protection cap above are 1cm and 2 cm apiece The protection cap with this dimension will not generate any inconvenience in daily life because the users will not feel thick or coarse and properly absorb impacts
For the protection cap by this invention, a user puts it on his head and pulls the strings under the holes (24) Next, a user binds these strings to fix the cap on his head When a user lies or leans against wall, he will not feel any uncomfortable so that the cap will not press any parts of the user
