Abstract

La présente invention concerne un agencement d'interfaçage vidéo et multimédia de type MPEG-4 pour relier au moins un dispositif d'affichage à au moins une source vidéo, constitué essentiellement, d'une part, d'une unité de traitement adaptée pour afficher tout flux vidéo de type MPEG-4 en temps réel ou différé, de le stocker, de l'enregistrer et/ou de l'envoyer sur un réseau de diffusion (4) et/ou sur un réseau de télécommunication étendu (10) de faible bande passante et/ou de l'enregistrer sur une carte à puce et, d'autre part, d'au moins une interface d'écran (7) et d'une interface de connexion à un réseau local ou étendu (5, 9) et/ou à un lecteur de cartes à puce, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend essentiellement d'une part, une mémoire de certains vecteurs de mouvement des plans P et/ou B et/ou S (GMC), et/ou une mémoire de certains plans B, P et S(GMC) du flux vidéo dans chaque portail audiovisuel (12) et d'autre part, que chaque agencement d'interfaçage vidéo (8) possède des fonction de stockage, d'enregistrement et de traitement de programmes audiovisuels et est associé à au moins un dispositif d'affichage intégré ou de type écran de télévision (6) chaque agencement d'interfaçage (8) reconstituant les flux MPEG-4 en provenance des informations de son propre disque dur et des algorithmes et/ou des vecteurs de mouvement des plans P et/ou B et/ou S(GMC), et/ou des plans P et/ou B et/ou S(GMC), le tout en provenance du portail
