Abstract

L'invention appartient au domaine des constructions mécaniques et peut s'utiliser dans la création et l'utilisation de moteurs à pistons, d'entraînements de pompes à pistons, de compresseurs à pistons, de véhicules de transport et d'outils à main ou mécanisés. Dans un mécanisme de transformation de mouvement en va-et-vient en mouvement rotatif et vice versa, la transformation d'un premier type de mouvement en un deuxième type de mouvement se fait au moyen d'un logement (d'une crête) formant un cercle fermé selon les lignes de vis et les lignes de jonction de celles-ci aux surfaces internes ou externes latérales des constructions du mécanisme. Dans différents modes de réalisation, y compris dans ceux destinés à la nouvelle application du procédé d'après la demande n° 2000107495RU et à la mise en oeuvre proprement dite du procédé d'après la demande n° 2000107495RU, le moteur à pistons contient le mécanisme décrit ci-dessus. Le cylindre de travail du moteur à pistons comprend au moins un canal destiné à l'alimentation du carburant sous pression (de gaz ou de vapeur sous pression), disposé entre les points morts haut et bas du cycle du piston de travail. En prévision du cas de sollicitation du piston auxiliaire du moteur dans le mécanisme de distribution des gaz, le cylindre de travail comprend une seule ouverture dans la zone de déplacement du piston auxiliaire, disposée au-dessus du point mort haut dans le cycle, à des fins d'alimentation de l'air atmosphérique ou des produits de combustion dans et d'évacuation des gaz d'échappement; cette ouverture est reliée en même temps avec des collecteurs d'admission et d'évacuation qui comportent des soupapes qui s'ouvrent sous l'effet de la différence de pression entre les collecteurs et le cylindre de travail, provoquée par la détente lors du mouvement du piston de travail pour la soupape du collecteur d'admission et par la pression des gaz du carburant brûlé pour la soupape du collecteur d'évacuation. Le cylindre peut aussi contenir deux ouvertures disposées sur un seul niveau dans la zone de déplacement du piston auxiliaire en dessus du point mort haut du cycle du piston de travail, une des ouvertures étant liée au collecteur d'admission et l'autre étant liée au collecteur d'évacuation, qui contiennent des soupapes s'ouvrant sous l'effet de la différence de pression entre les collecteurs et le cylindre de travail.
