Abstract

L'invention concerne un boîtier (310) pour la cathode et l'anode d'une pile à combustible zinc/air. Ledit boîtier (310) comporte un premier composant (312) de boîtier qui définit une chambre d'anode (320) et une ouverture de cathode à air (324) conduisant à l'intérieur de la chambre d'anode (320). Un second composant (314) de boîtier est relié au premier composant (312) de boîtier de façon à s'étendre à travers l'ouverture de cathode à air (324) dans le premier composant (312) de boîtier, et la cathode à air est placée entre les premier et second composants de boîtier de façon à s'étendre sur au moins une partie de l'ouverture de cathode à air (324). Le boîtier (310) comporte également un joint étanche (340) placé autour de l'ouverture de cathode à air (324) entre les premier et second composants de boîtier et formant un joint hermétique entre lesdits premier et second composants de boîtier.
