Abstract

The inventive probiotic composition based on the enterococcus strain relates to novel treatment means for preventing and curing bacterial and viral infections and dysbacteriosis of mucosa and skin and can be used for pharmacology, medicine and cosmetology. Said invention also relates to microbiology, in particular to the strains of the bacteria-enterococcus used in medical and food biotechnology. Said strains exhibit high-adhesive properties and pronounced antagonistic properties with respect to gram-negative coliform bacteria and gram-positive bacteria and fungus and also resistance to the action of extremal factors. The invention can be carried out in any region of the globe using acting pharmacological and food productions and microbiological and biotechnological laboratories . The production of the probiotic composition is ecologically safe and low waste. The inventive method consists in producing a probiotic composition based on a separated enterococcus strain and having a high antagonistic activity in relation to opportunistic and pathogenic microflora, and used for treatment means and curative food products. The invention, whose feasibility is proved by many clinical and laboratory tests, ensures the high efficiency of the inventive probiotic composition for preventing and curing various skin and mucosa inflammatory processes. The invention is successfully used for cosmetology and dermatology in the form of skin patches, cosmetic masks, medicinal powders, external ointments, and also for gastroenterology in the form of pills and pastilles for stomach, intestines, oral mucosa etc. The inventive method for producing the probiotic composition is universal, reliable and ecologically safe.
