LOGISTICS BOX
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Field of the Invention:
The present invention relates to the box, used for the transport or storage of goods.
The present invention enables multi-layer loading and piled up storage, and categorizes
by specifications, enabling efficient use of storage and transport spaces.
Description of the Prior Art:
By safekeeping goods in the internal space of box form, logistics box is very
resourceful in terms of logistics since the hereto mentioned box performs following
functions; protection of goods situated inside, packaging of goods of specific unit, and
effective distribution of goods.
Existing logistics box that was used in general used rectangular box of the same
size, covered the upper part of box form with cover or was configured into a form that
performed the role of cover. Accordingly, the above mentioned first stored goods to the
inside of box at the time of goods transport or loading. Then, the above mentioned
covered with cover or piled up goods in sequence by using box of same size to upload
onto container or freight cargo for transport. At the time of storage, a method of storage
in which goods are piled onto box for storage is used.
Likewise, box needed to be covered with cover at all times for transport or
storage. Another inconvenience is the need to use a space of the same size and
increased cost. At the time of collection after the supply and use of empty box, and if and
when collection is conducted at a state when covered with covering, extensive space is
needed. Therefore, there is need to remove cover to pile up separately to use the
method of transporting only by folding over only the box main body. At the time of
collecting box of the same size, there is a need to collect to the same space.
Therefore, the above mentioned became the cause of increased cost.
Accordingly, there were instances in which one time use box was used due to the
excessive cost of collection at the time of long distance transport.
Moreover, the above mentioned box is piled up into independent form at the time
of storage or transport. Thus, there was a danger of falling over due to instability. The
above mentioned is characterized by low endurance due to the damaged cover since the
goods cannot be stored or transported by piling them up high, and since the cover
assumes the weight of the boxes that are piled up at the upper part.
Moreover, in the case of the hitherto box, box of the same size shall be used, and
if and when the size is different, there were problems such as use of box that does not fit
the size of goods, and low efficiency level pertaining to loading space such as outbreak of
empty loading space etc since specifications are not united by specifications.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to the box for logistics, and the upper part shall be
opened, and shall be formed into rectangular box shape of wide top and narrow bottom.
Each side shall have formed uneven surface that is continued onto the lower part from the
upper part. However, depression and prominence at both sides of long length shall form
even number. At one corner of a side, depression shall be formed and prominence shall be
formed on the other corner. Accordingly, both surfaces are characterized by
symmetrical structure. At the side of short length, depression shall be formed at the
central part of one side, and prominence shall be formed on the other side. If and when
they are arranged towards the same direction, they fold over each other, and if and when
the direction of the box' upper and lower parts differs, the accumulation shall be formed
as the uneven parts cross each other.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
The present invention resolves the problems that characterize hitherto logistics
box. The present enables piling up without the need for cover, and the endurance level is
increased to enable the main body of the box to resist the weight of the upper part.
Moreover, plane surface structure is made into customized structure to enable stable
piling up at a state when the diverse line-ups are enabled at the plane surface.
Accordingly, the present invention suggests logistics box of a structure that can
effectively use the space by enabling relatively higher piling up of goods.
Moreover, the present invention enables modulation so that boxes of various
specifications can be combined. Accordingly, effective loading space is suggested in
accordance to the size of goods. The present invention suggests logistics box that is
configured in a way that it enables stable piling up of goods even if when boxes of
different specifications are used for piling up.
Furthermore, the present invention seeks to minimize the logistics cost by
minimizing space for use at the time of supplying and collecting empty box.
Composition and Reaction of Invention
Towards the above mentioned objectives, the present invention shall be
characterized by the following; the upper part shall be opened, and shall be formed into
rectangular box shape of wide top and narrow bottom. Each side shall have formed
uneven surface that is continued onto the lower part from the upper part. However,
depression and prominence at both sides of long length shall form even number. At one
corner of a side, depression shall be formed and prominence shall be formed on the other
corner. Accordingly, both surfaces are characterized by symmetrical structure. At the
side of short length, depression shall be formed at the central part of one side, and
prominence shall be formed on the other side. If and when they are arranged towards
the same direction, they fold over each other, and if and when the direction of the box'
upper and lower parts differs, the accumulation shall be formed as the uneven parts cross
each other in a stable manner.
Accordingly, consecutive piling up is enabled by changing the direction of the
upper and lower part of the box at a state when goods are stored. Wall shall assume the
weight of the box where the goods are stored, and the strength level is complemented by
the uneven structure of the wall. Therefore, safe storage of goods is enabled by the
prevention of box damage due to the shock incurred during transport or by the weight.
Moreover, if and when various boxes are arranged in even numbers, piling up of
boxes of multiple sizes is enabled. Therefore, effective use of space is enabled by
locking together, which increases the loading capability. The present invention prevents
the phenomenon in which goods fall off or are swept to one side during transport since
they are locked together in stable state.
If and when a more detailed explanation is provided on the above mentioned
configuration based on the use of figures attached, the following applies.
Figure 1 is the view of the plain surface of the present invention that demonstrate
configuration, and Figure 2 is the frontal view of the present invention. The main body
of the box (10) shall be formed with plastic, and the upper part shall be opened, and shall
be configured with rectangular box shape of wide top and narrow bottom.
Each side(l 1)(12) shall be formed with depression (20) and prominence(30) that
are continued onto the lower part from the upper part.
Unevenness that shall be formed at the side(l l) of long length shall be formed
into two shifts, each, that is into depression and prominence, and shall be formed by the
continuation of depression-prominence-depression-prominence from the left.
The thickness of the side wall is approximately 5mm, and the depth of unevenness shall
be formed within 10mm.
Unevenness that shall be formed at the above mentioned side of long length shall
be formed at the location that corresponds to both sides in the same form.
Unevenness that shall be formed at the side(12) of short length shall be formed
with depression (20) at the center part of one side, and the other side shall be comprised
of prominence (30).
Handle(40) maybe formed at 10cm lower from the upper part when it pertains to
the depressed part, and the above mentioned handle shall be configured in a way so that
it can retain projection length that measures under 10mm so that the above mentioned
does not project out to a greater degree compared to the prominent part.
By following the above mentioned method, various boxes shall be lined up
towards the side and if and when they shall be piled up in the above mentioned manner,
lining up, free of intervention by handle, is enabled, and the above mentioned can be
used with utmost convenience at the time of transporting each box.
The most basic actual form of the present invention shall be configuration into
wide top and narrow bottom structure in which the width(a) of short length shall be
230mm, width of long length(b) shall be 550mm, height shall be 230mm, and the width
of the upper and lower part shall be characterized by 10mm difference.
Moreover, depression and prominence, formed at the side of the long length, shall
be 145mm and 130mm, each, and the length of the depression and prominence, formed
at the side of the short length shall be 90mm and 70mm, each.
In the above mentioned actual case, width and height shall be able to expand or
contract into approximate proportion, and they shall be subject to modulation so that
each combination is enabled.
In the above mentioned case, modulation is performed with ease by configuring
one element from the size of the width (a, b) and height (c) into multiple size compared
to the size of the box of the previous stage.
The following chart shall be an expression pertaining to the actual sample of the
box for logistics' modulation. Seven boxes shall be used to show an example of
configuration pertaining to modulation.
The above mentioned structure shall use the smallest specification as the basis to
achieve diverse combination of line-ups by configuring width of short length a, b of long
length, and height c into multiple.
Accordingly, selection of box that fits the size of goods is enabled. Even when
the box specifications differ, multiple relations shall be formed when it pertains to width
and height to enable pile up and line up to a state in which goods are solidly interlocked.
Figure 4a and Figure 4b show the state in which goods are piled up by using the
present invention. At the time of piling up, direction of the upper and lower part of the
box shall be differed to pile up so that piling up is enabled without the need for cover due
to the crossing of uneven parts.
Figure 5 shows the potential of piling up onto each other at the time of returning
box by having the direction of the upper and lower part of the box face the same
direction. After the loading and unloading of goods, the present invention enables
effective use of space at the time of transporting empty box.
Figure 6 is the view that demonstrates the line-up of box' plane surface in
accordance to the present invention.
Figure 7 is the view that demonstrates the plane state in which goods are piled up
based on the modulation performed by different specifications. Optimal use of space is
enabled by selecting box that fits the size of goods, and piling up and lining up through
spatial combination. Even when the size of each box is different, goods are loaded in a
solidly interlocked state since they form multiple relations at the height and width levels.
