Abstract

Packet of cardboard, of the hinged cover type, comprising a box part, a cover, in which there is a case, apt to be utilized as storage for paper, plastic or small objects, of same small size of the case, organized in the cover, that can be closed by a flap that is hinged to the same internal part of the cover. Inside the case, a thin magnetic plate is also positioned, or the same upper side can be covered by an adhesive film to allow a good holding of the objects stored, when the cover is closed, in the inner side, through a flap that allows the lifting.

Description

PACKET WITH OBJECT CASE
The present invention regards a packet, made preferably with cardboard, in general as a cigarette packet, but not exclusively for this utilization, of the type with hinged cover, having the front part, the back part and the two side parts of the box with the said hinged cover set on the back side.
According to the conventional construction of the hinged cover packet type, the form of the cardboard utilized for the construction of the packet seems conventional, apart from the addition of a small lengthwise extension of the cardboard that is realized through a transversal line of folding.
In respect to the conventional packet with hinged cover, a further modification concerns the proportion of some dimensions of the cover (longer than normal) and the change of the angle of the diagonal cuttings.
The object of the present invention is to improve the box in which the cigarettes are contained, or other, in terms of design and utility.
In particular, the object of the present invention consists in the creation of a small case, suitable to collect various objects of small dimension or pliable, such as the same paper, normally set inside the covering, or such as that part of the external plastic paper that covers the same packet, or every other object of small size, also a stiff one, as, for example, the electronic chip of a mobile telephone or any other object of similar size.
To gain this result, the present invention is characterized by the fact that these two last pieces of the cardboard part, added to the conventional design of the packet with hinged cover, both can rotate of 180° and come over the bottom of the same cover, creating the case upper described. Their rotation is allowed by the folding that they form with the conventional cardboard parts, as normally cut, and also is allowed by the folding set between the same pieces.
The cut of both parts is lengthwise and transversal. The first piece, the one that stands closer to the last part of the cardboard piece with the traditional cut, is smaller and of the same size of those of the last piece of the traditional cut conformation.
It can rotate of 180° with respect of the piece of cardboard to which it is connected.
The other piece, of bigger dimensions, that is positioned more far lengthwise with respect of the first piece, has the same size of the last but one piece, cut, according to the traditional method of the packet type with hinged cover.
Also this last piece can rotate of 180° with respect to its adjacent.
Both the pieces, then, can close onto themselves and on the two closer pieces made of cardboard, cut according to the traditional method of the hinged cover type packet.
It is also proposed, as object of the present invention, the possibility to make the inside part adhesive at different levels or magnetized, inserting or connecting a thin magnetized metal plate inside the part of the cardboard that is positioned in the upper side of the packet and remains fixed. Such possibility allows a more sure holding of the object, or of the objects, that are positioned in the object's case of the packet.
The thin magnetic plate allows to hold, through the magnetic energy, the metallic objects positioned inside the case.
The additional opening, created inside the box's cover, allows to store small objects or collect small parts of waste, such as the paper of the outer side of the packet, plastic of the same packet, or as SIM cards, microchips and other objects that, otherwise, should be scattered in the environment.
In this way, one can give a useful function to the conventional packet, also under the environmental profile. This allows the same person that utilizes the packet to satisfy the immediate and subjective need of environmental aspect that can lower the sense of guiltiness, typical of the smoker, and to put, in a protected place, small objects that could otherwise be lost if not stored, because of their small dimensions. The opening created with the present invention constitutes also an element of joy for the smoker, or for who utilizes the packet, to which is allowed to utilize the packet in a more interactive way, by modifying both the utilization and the consideration that has who utilizes the packet The opening of the case is allowed by a small flap that stands outside the zone, limited by the same case, created under the hinged cover. The small flap, being part of the same structure of the inside cover of the case and being linked and hinged to the same, allows its opening by lifting, and remains mobile with the possibility to rotate of about 180°.
The possibility to utilize the cigarette packet, as modified by the present invention, allows the smoker to lower, also if only in part, the sense of guilty, with respect of the environmental problems, lowering the psychological disease with respect to the other persons.
The present invention allows also to improve the joy aspect of the utilization of the object, allowing to the same packet, to became a well known anti-stress. The present invention allows also to utilize, in a more practical and useful way, an object like the cigarette packet, or the chewing gum packet, or similar, that comes to our hands daily and to give it a new function that can be considered important for the conservation of small objects, or, in any way,of objects compatible with the dimension of the packet, and also for the possibility to put residuals or refusals of small dimensions, or pliable things, or objects, in any way, compatible with the dimensions of the utilized packet.
