  • Said antenna 9 is removably coupled with a reversed metallic cone 10, coupled with the radiofrequency generator (not shown).
  • Antenna 9 has the object of contacting the radiofrequency signal with the toroidal piezometric ceramic element 1 1 for the generation of the ultrasonic vibration, transmitted by the same cone to the cannula 2.
  • Signal transmitted from the antenna 9 has the same frequency of the ultrasound signal, since both the antenna and the piezoelectric ceramic element 1 1 are supplied by the same generator.
  • Sleeve 8 allows the coupling of the box with the sucking system and is angled with respect to the body axis 1 , to prevent that possible sucked particles can soil the optical parts of the laser.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil permettant de traiter des lésions cutanées, comprenant une première structure d'exfoliation et d'aspiration de cellules et une seconde structure pour la reconstruction du tissu épithélial. La première structure comporte une source laser, un boîte possédant un corps avec un trou longitudinal central destiné au passage du faisceau laser, et un dispositif d'accouplement électrique situé dans le trou central longitudinal, un isolateur pneumatique, une canule, une électrode d'ionisation du dispositif sortant de la canule et située dans la canule, et un moyen d'aspiration pour les cellules enlevées. La seconde structure comporte une source laser, une boîte possédant un corps avec un trou central longitudinal destiné au passage du faisceau laser, un isolateur pneumatique, une canule jetable, un moyen d'aspiration pour les cellules enlevées, une antenne, un élément piézo-électrique et un dispositif d'accouplement à ultrasons. L'appareil comporte également un bloc d'aspiration et de filtrage pour les particules aspirées, une ligne d'alimentation de courant à faible tension et à faible intensité destinée à produire un flux ionique négatif, et un générateur de radiofréquences destiné à exciter l'élément céramique piézo-électrique.
