Abstract

Es wird ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Energieeinsparung bei Geräten eines Dienstanbieters (DA) angegeben, welcher mit Hilfe dieser Geräte eine Dienstleistung in zumindest teilweise sequentieller Abfolge an mehrere Dienstnehmer (DNx) erbringt. Dabei wird ein Termin eines Dienstnehmers (DNx) beim Dienstanbieter (DA) in eine Warteschlange (WS) eingetragen und diesem Termin eine Adresse des Dienstnehmers (DNx) in einem Telekommunikationsnetz zugeordnet. Zusätzlich wird diesem Termin eine voraussichtliche Wegzeit des Dienstnehmers (DNx) zugeordnet. In Folge wird eine Nachricht betreffend den Termin an die Adresse des Dienstneh­mers (DNx) gesendet, wobei für den Sendezeitpunkt der Termin und die voraussichtliche Wegzeit berücksichtigt wird. Somit wird sichergestellt, dass der Dienstnehmer (DNx) zur Inanspruchnahme der Dienstleistung zu einem vereinbarten Termin auch tatsächlich bereit ist.
